Love at first touch! This pillow feels great and it’s a perfect density. The combination of gel and memory foam just feels really comfortable. I would say it’s a medium, not to hard or soft. I love that it’s washable and absolutely underpriced.

These pillows are amazingly soft. They keep your head nice and cool. I have had the best sleep ever since receiving them. My son uses one and you can tell he sleeps good because he wakes up in a good mood every morning. I highly recommend them.

Let me start by say, I bought very high end pillows awhile back. The Serta Cooling pillows are 100xs better! My husband has been having some neck pain, his neck aches in the morning are gone! LOVE these!

Soft and comfortable with perfect support! This pillow stays cool all night long (yes!). I have pets and like to wash everything they may touch so being able to wash this pillow is a total bonus! No more sweaty hair in the mornings!

So this pillow overall is very nice quality. As for different types of sleepers, it works better for back or side sleepers. Not a great pillow for stomach sleepers. I overall would definitely recommend it though!

I am very disappointed in these pillows. They are hard and never soften. My ear hurts in the morning when I awake. The only reason I gave two stars is because I like the removable pillow cover.

It’s a good cooling pillow my kids love them and they don’t sweat near as much during the night. They seem to be resting better since we changed to these cooling pillows and they wake up happier with a better night sleep.

Exactly what they are advertised to do. Works great even with different types of pillow cases over it. Very fluffy pillow. Has a protective washable cover with a mesh bag of cooling fluff in side. Absolutely love it!

We were surprised we liked them. They have held together well. I really haven't thought they are cooling. We purchased them on sale and they were a good deal.

I have had a hard time finding comfortable pillows that both my husband and I like. I stumbled across these and we both love them. Very affordable also.
