I don't feel like these are cooling gel at all. They just seem like a regular pillow, but a little heavier. I wish they were easier to conform to the shape I need for my neck.

They’re fluffy and comfy but also a bit sturdy and just really comfy. They feel like hotel pillows! They keep cool during the night and hold their shape. They are comfortable and just amount of thickness.

I love these pillows! I’m pretty hot natured and often sweat in my sleep, the cooling benefit of these pillows helps me sleep so much better. I’ve already decided to buy more of these as presents for family members.

I have been in love with these since I opened them and threw them in pillowcases on my bed. I often overheat during the night but these do a good job of keeping cool throughout the night. Not too firm and not too soft.

Comfy pillow that does not go flat. The memory foam does not get hot and pillow stays cool. I also had my daughter try the pillow and both of us slept so soundly. I have always loved Serta mattresses and this pillow is the same quality.

This product is just okay. They aren’t any cooler than a regular pillow. Just wasn’t really impressed. They are pretty supportive if you like a supportive pillow and keep their shape well. But just and okay pillow.

The pillow is comfortable. I like that the pillow casing has a zipper for easy cleaning. I'm a belly sleeper, so it's too thick for me to sleep with, but I use it when I'm lounging on the couch or when I want a pillow to snuggle.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! I’m a very picky person when it comes to pillows. But I have no complaints about this one. It’s soft but with enough support. It stays cool and keeps its shape. The cover comes off so you can wash it too!
