While this pillow is indeed cooling, i do prefer plusher pillows and this one does has a lighter fill than i prefer. However, the pillow does bounce back and is quite comfy and plush enough once you lay on it.

Received my two pack memory foam pillows from Serra and I like how soft they are. I also like that they come with a 1year warranty. I would’ve liked for them to be a little thicker but I would purchase these again.

I loved this pillow. It didn’t get hot like most pillows do. It was soft enough to sink into but firm enough that you don’t hit the mattress with your head. The only thing I didn’t like was the new smell took a while to go away.

Extremely comfortable cooling pillow. Keeps its shape well and is exact firmness that I was looking for in a pillow. Not too firm, but also not super squishy. The cooling feature is great- It really does help cool you down! I highly recommend it!

I gave one pillow to my daughter and she loves it. She says it is soft and comfy. I used the other one and it is soft but not overly soft. The only problem I see with it is it doesn't really cool as I says but It is a great pillow.

Since warm temps can affect your sleep quality, a cooling pillow can also curb sleep interruptions and help you avoid daytime fatigue. Its been a couple of nights and I CAN'T SLEEP WITHOUT IT!!!!!!!!

I have been using the pillows for a week now and so far pretty good. The pillows are firm but soft. I am a side sleeper and the pillows are perfect. My head aligned, my neck is not stiff in the morning

These are cool to the touch but it only stays cool for a few minutes. Since I been sleeping on them I don’t toss and turn a lot anymore. It does do what it says. If the coolness lasted longer it would be the best pillow there is.
