I have not heard complaints about these. You definitely get great product for the amount you pay. I had to purchase some for myself, and test them out.

From the moment i laid my head onto this pillow i was in love. I am a person who is always hot and this pillow does not get hot with me. It forms to your head in all the right ways for the most comfortable experience.

I used the pillows last night and the softness was just right and it doesn't sink in flat at all, they definitely stayed cool because I sleep hot. Would love to find a king size one to replace all my pillows.

I don’t personally love it. The pillows are too firm for my liking. They have memory foam pieces, it is not one solid piece of foam. The good thing is they can come off the sleeve for it to be washed.

Extremely comfortable pillows! Absolutely loved them. The gel inside makes it feel like it is memory foam. Would definitely change all my pillows to these. Definitely ordering some more. Wish they had king size

I have been in love with these since I opened them and threw them in pillowcases on my bed. I often overheat during the night but these do a good job of keeping cool throughout the night. Not too firm and not too soft.

I have carpal tunnel in my right hand. It makes no sense but my hand did not wake me up at night. I will still have on sleep on my right side until my surgery. T.he pillow is heavy and firm but I love it.

The most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. It is cool to the touch & the perfect texture. Surprisingly, my husband & I both agree it is the perfect support (we could never agree on one before). Would definitely recommend.
