I don’t personally love it. The pillows are too firm for my liking. They have memory foam pieces, it is not one solid piece of foam. The good thing is they can come off the sleeve for it to be washed.

I love these pillows. These are the only ones I will buy from now on. They are similar to the hotel pillows. I love the cooling feature for us menopausal women. It is a bit heavy but worth it. & they sit so nicely on your bed also

Highly recommend this pillow! I used to sleep with a Casper pillow; I have realized I prefer firmer pillows and this one does the trick! Super satisfied. Sleep quality has improved since switching to these pillows

I have been in love with these since I opened them and threw them in pillowcases on my bed. I often overheat during the night but these do a good job of keeping cool throughout the night. Not too firm and not too soft.

I have had many pillows going flat within a couple months no matter how much i fluff them. So far the Serta Gel pillows have kept their shape quite well. I fluff them up and they slring back like new.

we like it. so much, my wife and kids enjoy it so much, it is really soft, we sleep like a kings on it, the softnes is great, its perfect for my neck, we could sleep all day on it without feel any kind of pain

This is one of the best pillows I’ve ever had! I sleep much better when it’s cold, and this pillow keeps me nice and cool. I let my child use the other pillow, and he loves it too! I will be purchasing more of these!

More comfortable than expected. I normally don’t like foam pillows because they don’t support my neck properly. These do. I bought a couple more for my extra bedrooms.
