The Serta cooling memory foam pillows are great. They’re really comfortable and offer support, but they’re soft at the same time. I think they do a great job keeping you cool while sleeping. I am a side sleeper if that helps anyone.

The pillows are a little too stiff. The pillows are a good quality though and would buy if they came different firmness options. They do have a cooling feeling which is comfortable and would be nice in the summer.

Pillows had a stain on it. Took back to the store and customer service rep wouldn't take it back. Then came in a package of two that I ordered online and one of the pillows had a stain. Gross!

The gel momory foam pillows are really soft and comfortable. I was expecting them to be a little firmer. I’m very picky when it comes to pillows and I really liked them. I would definitely recommend them.

This pillow is very comfortable and relaxing to use I would recommend this pillow and love the square shape perfect for the head or your back or elsewhere but it’s recommended and it’s 10/10 please order

Not a true memory foam pillow. Had to adjust more than I would like. Pillow flattened very quickly. Didn’t notice feeling cooler than normal either. Two of these pillows stacked worked out pretty well.

These pillows are great! Comfortable with just the right amount of support. I’m not sure if the pillows seem any cooler than my previous pillows. But I have slept great with them and can’t complain about a good nights sleep!

These pillows are pretty decent. I can't feel any memory foam but that's not to say some isn't in the pillows. Overall tou get to soft quality pillows for a decent price.

Been using pillows for two nights now with cooling pillow cases and they aren’t cooling pillows at all. They are very soft and comfortable but have no cooling qualities

I love cold pillows and these cooling pillows do an amazing job staying cool throughout the night! They are the perfect firmness to support my head. The pillows have a cover for easy washing and even the pillows are washer machine safe.
