These pillows are cooling, firm, and supportive. The pillows weren't too firm as there was a softness to them without going flat and supported my head well. The pillows stay cool through the night since they are made of a gel memory foam material.

Love this pillow! I always run hot when I sleep, and the cooking technology in this pillow helped keep me cool all night. They are a little on the soft side, so if you are one who likes a firm pillow it may not work.

The serta gel memory foam pillows are nice. So far they are keeping their shape but the gel memory foam could be firmer. That is just personal preference. Time will tell if they go flat fast like most.
