We received the pillows a few days ago and they’re quite comfortable! My husband prefers a more firm pillow but he still didn’t wake up with neck pain. This was the perfect firmness for me. And I love the cooling part of it!

I have tried using this product for a week and I really enjoy using it. I enjoy the pillow because of the memory foam which allowed it to hold its shape, but it did not hold the cooling factor once you put a case over the pillow.

Great purchase for the amount paid. Reason for 4 stars is I do not really feel like they like "they cool me off". Still a great value as far as a Pillow goes and you get two of them.

This pillow is very comfortable and definitely keeps me cool. My husband cant sleep with any pillows but does great with thise one. Only con is a little thick if you lay on your side but adjusts to your body.

This pillows are amazing! Great value for the price. I instantly noticed the cooling effect when sleeping with them. The fluffyness is a bonus as well. I like pillows that aren't too soft but not too hard and these are perfect! Don't hesitate!

Don't know why they're called cooling, as they are just regular big pillows. Well made though, with a thin, zippered cover. Would be perfect for a guest room. Bought for only $10 for a two pack in stire...great price.

Great pillow to use as a slide sleeper. It doesn’t push into the back of your head while sleeping and doesn’t get warm. I do use it as a second pillow to minimize my rolling when asleep. In all good pillow.

These pillows are just okay. The memory foam is a bit lumpy in texture, and pretty firm. They are cool in temperature at first, but like most pillows they warm up quickly. They work well for back support for side sleepers.

This Serta pillow! Wow simply wow! It keeps you cool like it says, doesnt go flat. It supports in all the right places. Tbh i dont have any complaints about it. And then there's 2 in the set, so even better.

Amazing pillow! I will be changing all our pillows to this one. Made sleeping all night so much better! So comfy and cool. I would run not walk to get these. It helped sleep deeper and I did not toss around so much.
