Didn’t feel cooling at all it’s feels more like a feather pillow. However I sleep better head melts into a space created by the pillow and your head and I don’t wiggle all night. So I would totally recommend this pillow for back and side sleepers.

These pillows are amazing. I got one pack which has two in it for a great price. If you’re a hot sleeper these pillows are for you. Super comfortable and keep you cool all night. I will definitely be buying more of these.

I bought 4 for my bed, 2 for each of my 2 sons, ordered 6 for my sister, niece and her 2 kids, and 2 for my mom, 2 for my brother and 2 for another niece! We all love them!

These pillows are great, fluffy and comfortable. Love that they have not flattened after two weeks use. They have held up so far. I’m a back sleeper and side sleeper and have worked for both positions. They support the head well.

The pillows are so soft and cool. I use them nightly. Just one at a time to relax comfortably in bed and watch tv then I switch to just one to fall asleep on. They are everything I pictured them being plus more.

In love with these full thick pillows! They are super supportive and even though I’ve only been using them a couple of weeks I know they are going to last a long time! Very comfortable, now I just need to find them in King size.

I love the cooling effects it is very soft and quite thick i truly enjoy serta products i think the foam along with the cooling and thickness of the interior of the product is amazing and on the plus side it is 100% washable! Total win win

Great pillows. I use the pillows in my master bedroom. They are soft and firm. I washed and dryed them to freshen them up. When I lay on the pillows my head and neck are supported evenly. The pillows are great.

The two pack of Serta cooling pillows are the perfect pair for my bed. They are too firm or too soft. The give good support to your neck. I did not find myself constantly flipping the pillow to keep it on the cool side.

Ok these pillows are not what I was expecting. I’ve never actually seen a pillow like this before. I was expecting cool touch memory foam but got memory foam clusters instead idk how I feel about it bc this can’t be cleaned so idk.
