I’m quite surprise as to how comfortable the pillows are. I’m a bit dissatisfied that they are not cool but, O can’t deny that while using them I’ve had the best sleep I’ve had in a while. They are comfortable and soft.

Queen size pillow with good support. The pillows have a nice balance between firm and soft. Retain their shape. For those who have a preference for slimmer pillows, these are a little on the fuller side.

I was worried I wasn’t going to like them like other memory foam but it’s so soft I can’t tell it’s memory foam and now my new favorite pillow. I thought about them for my guest room but they never made it

This is perfect, this pillow help me to relieve my neck pain. This is very soft. I was looking for a pillow like this for a long time and finally this is exactly what Ia was looking. It is fairly cool.

Over all the pillow stayed cool through the nite and was pretty comfortable. My son loved it as well. The only problem I had was the size of the pillow. If they made it in the king size that would be awesome.

These are ok pillows. Nothing special at all. I don’t sense a cooling effect out of them at all. They are soft but very lumpy. I feel like there are way better pillows out there for the same price point

I was actually surprised at how much I like these pillows. I've always had a hard time finding a comfortable pillow, but these are working just fine!

This pillow is very soft and comfortable to sleep on after a long days work. If you need good rest you need a good pillow to sleep on and this one is definitely recommend by me. Went to bed tired and woke up well rested

I have tried using this product for a week and I really enjoy using it. I enjoy the pillow because of the memory foam which allowed it to hold its shape, but it did not hold the cooling factor once you put a case over the pillow.

I thought that since Serta is a brand name, these would be good. They feel like they are half filled. I would have returned them, but I can use them for decorative shams.
