It is a soft pillow which does not seem to hold up when I sleep. I like a more firm pillow and this was not that. My wife on the other hand enjoyed the pillow and still uses both of them. If you enjoy not firm style pillows this may be a great pillow for you, but if you like more hold to your pillow this is not the one.

The product came in fast. I was surprised by the speed of the delivery. It comes with two pillows. I opened it did have a little bit of a funky smell to it. I read the instructions on it how to wash them and washed them and the smell was gone and smelled like my clothes. After the wash it was really fluffy. Been sleeping on it for three nights. It is comfy but not cooling for me. I am hot natured so it was not what I need for cooling but comfortable. Would recommend for the couch.

This is my second purchase of the two-pack of Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster pillows. I like the memory foam and gel combo, and find that I don’t sink into the pillow. For reference, I am an all-ways sleeper (neck, side, stomach - sometimes even flip around to the foot of the bed if is that kind of sleepless night)! The size of the pillow is standard - would love to see the same in king size at Sam’s. The height of the pillows is perfect - no neck pain when I wake up. I’ve had them for about a month now and with daily use, they seem to promote good sleep for me. There is no mention of these being hypoallergenic, but I do not have any issues or wake up with the sniffles. They come with a washable cover and also offer cooling properties with the gel layer - quite nice for a hot sleeper. Highly recommend if you’re good with a softer pillow and good with foam clusters. So far, these are my favorite pillows in years!

I'm giving one star because I ordered the cooling gel memory foam pillows..2 pkgs of 2..and I got regular Serta regular ol cheap pillows. One pkg was xmas gift so I needed to give, not return. The other for a relative so didn't bother returning. But overalk was a little embarrassing.

I bought a pack of two of these from the local Sam's Club store. My daughter used mine one afternoon while napping. She wanted one, so I ordered another set online. We really like these pillows. When you sleep with an arm under it, your arm doesn't get hot like with other pillows.

I debated getting these. Another customer told me they were fantastic. So, i got them. They are actually incredible. You can puff them to your exact liking, or flatten it down if you so wish. They have.an exterior cover on them, making them super easy to keep fresh. They are fully machine washable, without losing shape. Very comfortable to sleep on. If youve seen these in club, and are skeptical, dont be. Im a picky pillow sleeper and these are fantastic.

We like to keep 4 pillows on the bed. 2 for the head of the bed and two for leg rests. I just bought two pillows elsewhere and still needed two more. When I saw these. My thought was that the price wasn't bad. If we didn't like these. Or if they didn't work well according to the packaging claims. We could always use them for guest pillows. They are nice. Unsure how ling they will actually last. However, if they last for a year that is fine. Because they are not that pricey to begin with. My husband really likes these. So it is a win-win.

Very good pillows at a great price. Comfortable, they don't get hot, can fluff them to your desired comfort level. I do recommend every morning to refluff the pillow as it is memory foam and keeps the last shape it was used and will seem firm unless one reshapes the foam pieces inside.

I am a side-sleeper and the pillow offers great support while still being comfortable! When I took it out of the package I thought it was going to be too stiff. Surprisingly, it offers the right amount of give which makes it perfect for me. I already decided to by a second.

When you purchase a MEMORY FOAM pillow you are expecting a pillow made form a single piece of memory foam, not made from countless small pieces (left-over cut-offs) of the foam. It did not mention this fact anywhere in the ad. Added to that, is the fact that, so-far, it has taken a week to get rid of the chemical smell they had - a smell still not fully gone.
