Ok, but comes with a bad smell. You gotta let pillows air out a few days before using them.

This pillow goes flat after two nights of use and it's hot on your head they're not good for anything

THIS pillow is DISGUSTING, and the Serta should be ASHAMED!!! Let me tell ya why... I own the $100 REAL DEAL pillow made by Serta (I got it from that nice "K" store thats still around). REAL pillow is like I was reborn amazing, nothing like it. its SOOO nice n cold! You'll probably never need another pillow because it doesn't squish over time; but its so expensive, so when I saw this I was excited, right?! WRONG!!! THIS pillow literally feels like something you'd make if you lost all your money, home, and had nothing to use as a pillow; just shove a bunch of ripped up junk in a bag aaand... BOOM! Pillow! THAT is what Serta did here! Any pillows or mattresses sewen wrong, throw in a chopper... Any scraps left over from the cooling beds/pillows, CHOPPER... Then they shoved ALLLL those rough chunky edges into a pillow cover, sewed, and zipped a cover around it!!! It is SOOOO lumpy, I. CAN. NOT. IMAGINE. sleeping on this JUNK... Maybe its a little colder than a regular pillow due to it being the left overs, but I PROMISE it feels like a horror show!!!

Horrible chemical odor and memory foam pieces flatten out almost instantly. Will be retuning ASAP!

I was skeptical about these at first, but they really work well for support and they don't hold heat!

These pillows do not stay cool. Although they were not very expensive I’d rather pay a little more to get the cooling that’s advertised

So happy about the price of these pillows and the fact that they are comfortable and have cooling gel! Nothing worse than a hot pillow!
