Nice but hard. These pillows are memory foam but they are harder than expected. The filling is so condensed that is not plush but firm. If you like firm pillows then this is the perfect one for you. It’s also a regular size pillow, not a king size one.

I recently purchased this pillow that claimed to provide support, but it turned out to be hard and incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. This pillow felt more like a rock than a comfortable sleep accessory. I woke up with neck and shoulder pain every morning, which is not what I expected from a pillow. I ended up having to replace it with a softer, more comfortable option. I wouldn't recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a good night's sleep. It simply didn't live up to its promise of comfort and support.

The pillows needed to air out from the box before we were able to use them. These were too soft for my husband’s liking. Our child loved this pillow. It doesn’t stay cool but the soft to firm ratio was perfect. I enjoyed the balance of the soft to firm as well.

Great pillows! I’m picky and these are great. Have a slight foam smell when first opened but after a few days it went away. Do not go flat or clump like other pillows….so far. I’ve only had them a couple weeks. For the sensitive folks, I’m an asthmatic and prone to rashes and have had no issues. Also a belly sleeper and no issues with these pillows for that either. Definitely a win and super affordable to top it off. The only quasi negative is I’m not sure what the cooling effect is supposed to be🤷‍♀️

I didn’t realize how much we needed new pillows until we slept with these! They are surprisingly an AMAZING pair of pillows for only $13! They’re not flat or too soft. My boyfriend and I loved them so much, we ended up going back to buy another pack! They also don’t make us hot during the night.

We have been sleeping on these pillows for over a month now. When i first lay on them I find them to be fluffy and soft which is how I like my pillow to feel. However oftentimes in the middle of the night or in the morning I feel that the pillow sort of deflates and I am looking for something extra to put under my head. I have tried using both pillows as well. Maybe that's why they come in a 2-pack. Overall I'm happy with our purchase.

I got 2 pillows for the master bedroom and were much needed. They are a little firmer than I like, but my husband loves it. He is a hot sleeper and they definitely kept him cooler at night. They do offer a cooling sensation for some time without the use of a pillow case. I would recommend these pillows and will buy some.

These pillows are great. They have the perfect amount of firmness to them while still being very soft and cozy. They conform to your head and work great for back or side sleeping. My son loved the pillows as well and actually stole them from me so I have to get more!

The pillows arrived way sooner than expected, and we were so excited! When we used the pillows on the first night, I actually dreamed for the first time in a very long time. The pillows are super soft, not bulky. And I love that to clean them, you just throw the whole thing in the washer! This is going to be super easy! We are absolutely loving these new pillows!

They are uncomfortable, no support what so ever. The pillow is full of foam chunks after a while the pillow goes complete flat and you get no support around your head and neck. For someone who is looking for support and firmness, I wouldn’t recommend it.
