I have been using my new cooling pillow for a week now and it really does have a nice cooling feature. I live in a hot place so summer time is super hot and when the ac hits the pillow it really does stay cool. I also like how light the pillow is, not too heavy. Last feather I like is the softness. I can’t sleep in a dense pillow and this pillow is soft.

The best pillow. I am very picky when it comes to change pillow because e y time I need to change I wake up with pain on my neck. When I try this m, I was able to sleep though the whole night, the best part is that’s us very coooling. Very recommended

I really liked the idea of a cooling pillow, but I wouldn't say this pillow is any colder than and of the other pillows I've had in the past. However it is pretty comfy. It's very fluffy but not too soft. I have woken up without a sore neck, so that's a plus! I gave it 3 stars because it has a weird chemical foam smell that hasn't gone away over 2 weeks. I cleaned it the best I could, but I can still smell the foam smell through 2 pillow cases. If it weren't for the smell, I would have given it 4 stars. It's a good pillow, but I wouldn't buy it if I was looking for a "cooling" pillow.

VERY FIRM, my daughter (2) uses them in her crib, and I guess I am thankful that i don't worry about her sinking in to them, but I always lay her down with her whole upper half on the pillow because I fear she will get bad neck pains. If you prefer a firm pillow, these are for you. The quality is nice, there is no chemically smell, just seems like they would cause more back pain than relief in my opinion

I was skeptical at firsr, I'm not one to switch up my pillows. But I am extremely impressed! The cooling portion was amazing and the memory foam made my neck feel amazing. I have larger pillow cases so that was a bummer. But definitely worth buying new ones to continue the use of these pillows. Woke up feeling refreshed and less neck pain after using the pillow.

I have been buying these sets of pillows for me and as others for house warming presents for years. These are for my grandson's dorm room. He runs hot and has loved these on his bed here, so I got him a fresh new set for college along with member mark's 450 thread count sheets. I usually keep a spare set, but I had just gave my spare set to a friend. They sleep so comfortable and the price is right.

I bought 2 packs 2 mos ago to make my grandkids Tie Pillows Covers to go with their Tie Blankets I made them. I was so impressed with the coolness of the gel and the comfort of the pillow that I kept one for myself. Since then my sister loved mine so much that she ordered one for each of her grandkids and I ordered 3 more bags of two for my daughter and her family...and you can't go wrong with the price tag of only $9.95 for 2 in a bag! MY PILLOW...STEP ASIDE!

I like and dislike these pillows. First, they are made from small pieces of torn up foam, hence the term "cluster" in the product name. Second, they are quite heavy. We took them on a road trip and my sons loved them, but they were added weight to carry in to our hotel each night. They ended up being hard and heavy, but I do like that they are very firm which helps me keep my head elevated when I sleep. I cannot, however, use them without a softer pillow on top of them. They are worth what I paid for them, but they are not memory foam pillows (which would cost much, much more). Just a strange pillow filling, to be honest.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow is a solid medium-firm pillow that we used on our Queen bed in the guest room. If you prefer a firm pillow, like my wife and I do, then this is probably not going to meet your requirements. However, if you prefer a medium to soft pillow, you can't get much better than this. The pillow is well constructed and feels great in the hands and against your head. As for the cooling, I would say that it's adequate, but not as effective as some other pillows at a higher price point. In conclusion, these pillows are great for those looking for a medium to soft pillow that's durable and offer some cooling while you sleepp.

I’m amazed that my headaches have gone away since changing to theses pillows verses having tradition style pillows. My husband sleeps better since switching to these pillows as well. Also, who can beat the price! 2 for $10!?! Even if you don’t like them you’re only out the price of a pizza!
