Foul Chemical Odor-Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows

Bought these yesterday....they are going to be returned today. After opening the packaging, an overwhelming chemical odor pervaded the air. The first thing I thought was improperly cured foam and harmful VOC's. This is usually the results of improper production and/or poor quality controls. Very saddened to see this type of product at Sam's.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. A new foam smell is common with a new product as it is put in the packaging very soon after production. Sometimes it can take up to 5 days for the smell to dissipate. However all of our foam products are certified by CertiPUR-US and our products mostly off-gas carbon-dioxide. We hope this helps!
