This pillow is very comfortable. It is soft, yet firm and keeps it's shape. I like that the foam is cut up into little pieces. I only gave this 4 stars because i think it could've used more cooling, gel pieces. My body tends to run hot so this had very little cooling effect on me.

Love these pillows they definitely feel cooler. They have a nice weight to them. My daughter keeps stealing them. I am a stomach and side sleeper and they work well in both positions. My husband is a stomach sleeper and he says they are to thick to sleep with but love to use them to prop up in bed to watch tv. They can get smoshed down fairly quickly but fluff right back up

I used the product for about a month. I enjoyed that it was very soft and was slightly cool. Butvi did feel that the cooling quickly faded and ended up having to flip it over a couple of time throughout the night. Having the 2 pillows was nice as I enjoy sleeping with multiple pillows. Im not sure if I would them going forward.

My spouse really needed neck support and these pillows delivered. This pillow is easily contorted with the type of memory foam used. It offers just the right amount of thickness to support your neck. We slept on the pillows for a week before reviewing. The foam inside is cut up tiny pieces of foam which helps to contort the pillow for great supportability. I recommend fluffing the pillow before lying down. This pillow doesn’t get hot like traditional pillows, so no more having to flip the pillow for the cooler side. I didn’t feel that it cooled me down, but the pillow doesn’t retain heat which is a lifesaver.

This Serta cooling pillow is awesome. My son sleep hot and this helps him stay cool and sleep comfortable. I also love this pillow, going through some medical issue which i also feel hot at time. It keep my neck and head cool and comfortable helping me sleep better.

I was not sure about these pillows. They felt softer than what I like. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to bed. They are actually not as soft as they feel. I did notice I have been falling asleep faster than usual. They are extremely comfortable and I did not need to keep moving my head around to find a comfortable spot. They are great pillows. The reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because I did not really feel any cooling.

Flatten out to easy,I thought anything being memory gel would be fluffy and say that we continuously every night we have to pound them to make them fluffy so I’m not real impressed with these pillows now I have to figure out what the other next best pillows Are that stay fluffy And don’t go flat before you go to sleep

Love love love these pillows ! I'm not a fan of soft squishy plillows that bend during the night and fold if you're trying to sit up in bed. This have a medium weight to them and they are firm, but soft enough to use at your back as well as for sleep. I love the fact that air circulates through them but I did not find they kept my face cool, but you're certainly going to have hot, sweaty pillows anymore. I bought two more sets for my guest room. A great buy for the money. They include directions for laundering, also.

Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Once you use you can’t go back! Cooling pillows I hate having to flip my pillow all night long to feel the coolness. No more need to do that. Also no need to fluffy or smash or beat the pillow onto a shape, it bounces right back to its fluffy fullness. 10 out 10 would buy again and for others as well!

Pillow is above and beyong value for price, it doesn't feel like a airplane neck pillow foam type. It has chucks of foam tightly enclosed. It comes with a zippered pillow protector. Im not one for memory foam pillows but this one is very comfortable and cool. Great for back sleeping.
