Nice but hard. These pillows are memory foam but they are harder than expected. The filling is so condensed that is not plush but firm. If you like firm pillows then this is the perfect one for you. It’s also a regular size pillow, not a king size one.

These pillows work really well as a side, stomach and back sleeper. It provides comfortable support no matter the position and adjusts to support as desired. I love how the filling moves around and stays in place how you want it. It comes with a nice zippered cover to protect the insides too. I would highly recommend this soft and supportive pillow.

This is a solid pillow that stays cool to touch all night and keeps its shape. It’s firm and has a bit of weight to it but as someone who needs 3 pillows to sleep, this pillow was great. It can take a little getting used to as I went from cotton pillows to something as nice as this. I would recommend going to the store to physically test before purchasing as everyone has different preferences. Overall, this pillow has helped me to relieve some neck pain, and improved my sleep.

I found it difficult to fall asleep on this pillow. It’s comfortable at first, but being a side sleeper I’m bothered by the “crackling” of the fibers as the pillow forms to your head. Once it does settle, I feel it’s too soft to give good support. That being said, it’s the perfect pillow to put behind your back for support that’s just right. I would’ve loved these when I was pregnant to support my belly and back.

So I was hesitant to have a firm pillow. But OH my GOODNESS! This has been my most favorite pillow ever. It is firm but yet cradles my head perfectly. Prior to sleeping on this pillow, I never had to set my alarm to wake me in the morning. But now, I have to. I sleep so soundly and wake up late. And I have kids you guys!! Haha! I have not had to wash it yet but the process seems simple. So to sum this pillow up, the following 3 things are what I consider important: 1) firm pillow. Not usually a firm pillow type of person? This pillow might change your mind. 2) does not smell chemically at all. Smells fresh/clean right out of the package. 3) simple washing instructions. Because most of us do not have time for special treatment of clothing or bedding items.

I have used the pillows multiple times over several days and can attest to their high quality. Each pillow provides ample support for my neck regardless of my body position. There is just the right amount of give that keeps my neck in the right position. I didn't really notice any cooling provided by the pillow but it did not feel hot either. I would say it's a great pillow for lounging.

These pillows are soft, plush and comfortable. I like that is has a zip cover for easy washing. The only thing that I didn't like is that it the pillow itself doesn't do a good job on cooling. There is bits of gel foam instead of one flat cooling gel pad. At the price point and overall comfort of the pillows I give them 4 stars. I would purchase more for myself but not for my husband who gets hot at night.

These pillows are very comfortable they actually shape to my head and i sleep so comfortable. And i dont get hot either the cover is soft and cooling . My other pillows don't shape like this serta pillows. I have used these pillows for the last week and my sleep has improved so much more

I like the degree of firmness with this pillow but what really bothered me was the outer material of the pillow. I wish that was a little softer. It kinda made the pillow feel a little harsh but I did like the firmness of the inside material. This is why I gave it a three star. If you are looking for a more firm pillow this one is definitely for you though. I just needed something with a softer outer material.

I received this pillow as part of the Sam’s club star review club. Let me start off saying that I am a huge memory foam buyer. My bed, pillows and even shoes have memory foam so I’m pretty particular about what I’m looking for. When I first opened the product, it was nice and cool and did not smell at all like some do. I am a side sleeper and like my pillow pretty firm so I usually sleep with 2 stacked pillows. The first night I tried sleeping with 1 pillow and was pretty surprised on how comfortable it was. But like habits are formed I went back to stack them the next couple nights which was too high for me so I stacked it with one of my other pillows and slept like a baby.
