I absolutely hate how quickly pillows flatten and have been hunting for a decent pillow for years now. I usually have to sleep with 3 pillows. But with this one i only need 2! I gave the other to my partner so we could both test them. This pillow with my other fluffy pillow underneath is perfect for me. Im only giving 4 stars because i dont notice a difference as far as the cooling aspect.

I really liked the idea of a cooling pillow, but I wouldn't say this pillow is any colder than of the other pillows I own. It's very fluffy but not too soft and i have woken up with no neck stiffness for the past few days so that’s a plus. I gave it 4 stars because it’s not very cooling and it does have the foam chemical smell. I left it out for a few days to reduce before using and it still is lingering. Overall not a bad choice for the price point. I would buy again and use for a guest room. Waiting to see how it endures over time with regular use as most pillows are to see how it holds up..

I’ve been using this pillow a couple weeks. This pillow is very nice and comfortable. Its good for side sleeper like me. Its soft but firm, and stay cool. The height of the pillow is good enough for me. It also comes with a standard cover so I can wash it. Overall I like it so far and I highly recommend giving a try on this pillow. Very good deal as well.

My wife and I have always been "hot" sleepers and have been looking for a cooling pillow for some time, but most we tried until now just could not combine comfort and function until now. The cooling memory foam pillows by Serta cushions my head perfectly regardless of sleep position and I noticed an improvement to our sleep after only a few nights of using these amazing pillows. 10/10 would buy again+!

Package and product arrived in great shape. I personally struggled the first night using them because I was so accustomed to my previous pillows. However, after that first night, I had no problem. They have the right amount of support, not overly firm or too soft. Total sleep inducers!! Wish they came in King size too.

So I was hesitant to have a firm pillow. But OH my GOODNESS! This has been my most favorite pillow ever. It is firm but yet cradles my head perfectly. Prior to sleeping on this pillow, I never had to set my alarm to wake me in the morning. But now, I have to. I sleep so soundly and wake up late. And I have kids you guys!! Haha! I have not had to wash it yet but the process seems simple. So to sum this pillow up, the following 3 things are what I consider important: 1) firm pillow. Not usually a firm pillow type of person? This pillow might change your mind. 2) does not smell chemically at all. Smells fresh/clean right out of the package. 3) simple washing instructions. Because most of us do not have time for special treatment of clothing or bedding items.

The pillows are very soft, firm in all the right ways without being uncomfortable in any capacity. They keep their shape through the night and are easy to fluff up. May only dislike was they had a weird chemical smell apron opening, but that went away before I even used them the same night. Make sure to air them out, otherwise they are some ogre the nicest pillows I’ve ever own. My boyfriend also used one for a few nights and now he wont give it back!!

I have been using these pillows for about a week now and have really enjoyed them. I’m a side sleeper and I feel that they have enough neck support and can sleep comfortable without my head sinking into the pillow. It is the perfect balance, not too firm not too soft. I also appreciate the cooling effect as I’m a hot sleeper, it has really helped. It is definitely worth buying!!

This pillow is super plush and well made! I don’t think it feels as comfortable as other memory foam pillows I’ve used in the past but it is very cozy which is why I gave 4 stars out of 5. It is nice that the outside portion zips so you could wash if needed!

Liked the pillow overall, took it on a camping trip so I could put it to use immediately. It was soft and the best part of my sleep. I sleep hot so it wasnt to bad but it even says not for hot sleepers. It had a "factory smell" that needs some getting use too. Recommend washing before use. Overall Iwas happy with it.
