These pillows are soft, plush and comfortable. I like that is has a zip cover for easy washing. The only thing that I didn't like is that it the pillow itself doesn't do a good job on cooling. There is bits of gel foam instead of one flat cooling gel pad. At the price point and overall comfort of the pillows I give them 4 stars. I would purchase more for myself but not for my husband who gets hot at night.

Received this product about 2 weeks ago. I was very skeptical as pillows can be very uncomfortable when undergoing chiropractor work on my neck. These are fantastic and they definitely are cooling. I used to get hot where I laid on my pillow and have to flip the pillow to cool. Not with these pillows.

I often woke up with the pillows misshaped and lacking the support they initially provided. Overall, my experience with the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows was disappointing. They fell short in terms of quality, cooling, and durability. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone seeking a comfortable and long-lasting sleep solution.

Pillow is above and beyong value for price, it doesn't feel like a airplane neck pillow foam type. It has chucks of foam tightly enclosed. It comes with a zippered pillow protector. Im not one for memory foam pillows but this one is very comfortable and cool. Great for back sleeping.

This pillow feels good. I usually get hot at night and it helps me stay a little cooler. This pillow is perfect for neck problems as it is not too thick but provides excellent support. I love the coolness without a pillow case but since that’s a bad idea, only four stars overall.

Amazing pillows I’m was born raised feather on tic pillows I have tried every other pillow out there.... all of them. These pillows are amazing I have trouble sleeping not with these their almost like down no more neck pain fall right off to sleep. I loved them so much I had to purchase a second set.

This pillow is larger than I imagined that it would be. Most pillows are flatter so this one took getting used to. Once I got used to the pillow’s size, I realized I don’t need to use my arm/hand to prop my head up. It allowed me to lay comfortably without the additional support! I no longer need 2 pillows, one is sufficient.

The pillows were nicely packaged in the original plastic wrapping and placed in a large box for safe delivery. It got here in standard delivery time. I couldn’t wait to try them out. I must say that the factory smell was a bit strong. Maybe placing them in the sun for a few hours might have helped to get rid of it or a quick wash of the pillow coverings. However, I let them air out for a bit then it was time to sleep. Just as promised, the pillows are gel memory foam, stay cool (I even tested out the theory in the middle of the day in the hot Texas heat), and conforms to your body. Besides wanting more support for my neck they were comfortable to sleep on.

When unpacking the pillow from the plastic, I immediately noticed a strong chemical smell. I left it to air out for 3 days and it was still strong. I used a pillowcase which helped with the smell but unfortunately did not completely mask the scent. I have cooling pillows and did not notice any cooling aspect of this specific pillow. The pillow itself is not uncomfortable or too firm, but it is made out of foam pieces not a singular piece of foam.

These pillows seemed so promising. They are soft, yet slightly firm. The cooling gel had me excited they'd feel cool on my neck. Pillow was not cool, but didn't get hot. mediocre neck support. My neck hurt after the first morning but then it got better after a couple more nights of adjusting. Very average is all
