I've been using these pillows for about a week and the last week has been the best sleep I've had in a while. The pillows feel soft but firm enough that my head doesn't sink into them. I have also used them when sitting up in bed as a prop behind my back and they have not squished to nothing.

She wouldn’t trade it for her favorite pillow she already has, she likes a fairly firm pillow to sleep on but for the hospital it worked perfect. I absolutely love this pillow! I usually have to spend over $100 on a pillow or I will wake up with a tension headache, but this pillow is fantastic and doesn't cause me to have headaches! It is the right amount of softness and firmness! It also is a cooling pillow so I don't wake up sweaty! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my husband said it smells like chemicals. I don't smell anything though.

Night one with the pillow was so comfy! Very magical! The pillow doesn’t get “cool” but more is good at avoiding getting too hot, which is nice. I found that the pillow, while still soft and comfy, didn’t continue to offer the same fluffiness/support and comfort as it did on day one. I am a side sleeper and while comfortable, it wasn’t quite tall enough after several uses.

I’ve had numerous pillows over the years. I was actually looking to change the pillow I was currently using so it was a great time to try out the Serta Gel Memory Foam pillows. Some pillows have been way too firm for my liking or way too soft. The Serta Gel Memory Foam pillows were perfect for what firmness I was looking for. I’m mostly a stomach sleeper so these pillows felt great sleeping on. The firmness of the pillow wasn’t too firm that it made me feel uncomfortable while sleeping and it wasn’t too soft that my head sank into the pillow. As for the cooling I noticed the pillow seemed to stay cool while using it. I didn’t feel hot during the night.
