The first night sleeping on the pillow it was comfortable, but it became flat right away. The next night in the middle of the night my body ached so I had to switch back to an old pillow. I also never really experienced the cooling affect of this pillow.

Night one with the pillow was so comfy! Very magical! The pillow doesn’t get “cool” but more is good at avoiding getting too hot, which is nice. I found that the pillow, while still soft and comfy, didn’t continue to offer the same fluffiness/support and comfort as it did on day one. I am a side sleeper and while comfortable, it wasn’t quite tall enough after several uses.

Pillows arrived in great condition. When I took them out of the packaging they did have an odor. I do believe that will subside once washed. They are not firm. Your head will settle right in. So if you are not looking for a soft pillow then this is not for you. They are smooth and can be easily manipulated. I prefer a stiffer or firmer pillow. But the pillow is great quality and according to packaging easy to clean in the washer.

The pillow is very comfortable, it is firm but not in the way that hurts, I prefer my pillows less firm (I would say this is medium firmness tho) . I did not notice the cooking feature however, it didn’t feel cooler than my other pillows, perhaps it’s the pillow case. I love that the memory foam gel contours to the body which makes it more comfortable than other pillows it also holds shape very well, as soon as I get up to do my bed it’s back to shape no need to fluff .

Well i was excited when i saw gel cooling pillow i have one i got from sams over 10 years ago i absolutely love but when i received this one i opened it up only to discover it was gel particles chopped up and didn’t feel like it was cooling that much or at all so i gave them to my daughters who loved them so it was a win win but im not a fan of how it was just chopped up parts inside the pillow case if anything gets spilled on it by accident not sure how to really clean them

I’m a very sweaty sleeper and will wake up numerous times throughout the night from being too hot. During those times I’m waking up I usually flip my pillow over to the “cooler” side. For the past few days I have not had to flip my pillow because the cooling affect worked all night. The pillow is undeniably comfortable but it also kept me cool during my night sweats.

I wanted to wait and really try these pillows. after almost a week, I am positive these are the best pillows out there. My husband is sleeping again and more than his normal 4 hours every night. I was very excited when I seen memory foam, but then was surprised by the lumpiness of them. However, I have found after using them that this better than a regular foam pillow. I am able to "fluff" the pillow and create a new "memory" foam every night. THese pillow are highly recommended by my husband and I who have bad backs and I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommended for those suffering from sleep deprivation and back problems.

It does not conform whatsoever. The stuffing just smooshes out of place and gets lumpy. Or it just moves all to one side. It doesnt stay cold, it holds sweat, and its just uncomfortable. I do not enjoy it. I do not recommend. Maybe I got a bad one. or bad 2

The Serta memory foam cooling gel pillow were as expected. I have ordered gel pillows before and did not like them so I figured these might be the same way. I immediately started using them to sleep on once I received them. The pillow itself became very lumpy. I did not like that and have went back to sleeping on my old pillow. I now use this pillow between my legs every night and the shape has stayed consistent. Still lumpy. As far as the cooling feature goes, I haven’t really noticed a difference in my other pillows but it could be the pillowcase I am using. As far as a between the legs pillow, it has been great!
