So night number three of my new pillows has been pretty good. This is the first time in a long time that I have not woken up with my neck hurting. The pillows almost feel like there’s chopped up pieces of firm-memory foam, so your neck kind of sinks into it. If you like a really firm pillow, I don’t know if this would be a good pillow for you.

When I received the pillows, I took them out immediately. I tried one and my husband tried the other. The first night I was impressed, I always have to sleep with a couple of pillows but only needed this one the very first night. By night 3 the pillow was going flat and hurting my neck and back. My husband and I both had to flip the pillow around to not feel like we were sleeping without a pillow. Haven't really noticed any cooling effects. We both like them if they can keep there original shape and not go flat.

My husband and myself love these pillows, they are really soft on our heads, but not to soft just enough. Usually these type of cooling pillows are really hard, but not these. We cannot sleep without them now. I also added covers that I bought at sams and they are perfect matching.

Full stuffed pillow. Love that ists not just one big chunk of memory foam but instead lots of smaller pieces. This make it much kor comfortable and doesn't let your head sink down in the middle where it feels like you have no pillow. Very airy and breathable so it definitely does stay cool.

I have been using it to sleep at night instead of my regular pillow. I gave it two stars because I would think it would be better being it says Gel pillow by Serta. To me it did not feel like any gel, it flattened on one side and puffy on the other side when layed my head on it so was uncomfortable, and my preference is not puffy pillows (this one was too puffy for me).

These pillows are just as advertised. They’re cool to sleep on, and they stay that way. You don’t even have to flip it to get to the “cool side” of the pillow! The memory foam gives good support but is not too firm. They will make great pillows for the guest bedroom.

10/10 would recommend. I have been using these for about 2 weeks. I love that the pillow has a zipper- makes it really convenient to wash, and these wash so well! Even with washing and nightly use it is still soft and comfortable as ever. I took off one start because these aren’t really “cooling” like the label says, but still good nonetheless. Love that it comes with a 1 year warranty!

This pillow is made of small pieces of memory and gel foam. It offered nice support for my neck and head. The pillow is thick and doesn't sink right down but rather cradles your head while you sleep. The cooling effect is really nice, I sleep more soundly because of it. It has a removable outer case that zips off for easy washing.

These are great pillows! They are super soft and don’t clump in the inside. While they are really plush (which we didn’t like as side or stomach sleepers), the biggest perk is that the stuffing can be removed for the sleepers needs. Once made to desired feel, these are amazing. Very comfortable and haven’t had any neck pains from sleeping. Definitely recommend!

I used the pillow for one week. The initial factory smell was off putting, but it went away after the second day. It definitively did not collect heat, as advertised, so that was nice. It’s a little harder and puffier than I prefer my pillows, which had me waking up with some neck pain when sleeping on my back. Sleeping on my stomach or side was fine. As a side note, my toddler also loved it as his own personal couch.
