We used these pillows for the last week in our master bedroom. The pillows are comfortable but I was really looking forward to a cooling effect, especially with this summer heat, but unfortunately these pillows did not deliver that. Still a comfortable choice if you’re not interested in cooling pillows.

I have been using these pillows for approximately 2 weeks now. I am very happy with the comfortability these pillows provide. First off the price is unbeatable for two Serta Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Second, the comfortability level is top notch. Before receiving these pillows, my sleep was restless. The pillow I did have was too stiff. These pillows are soft and adjustable to your preference. It did not take long for my restless sleep to become a night of comfort. My children have even tried to steal my new pillows for their own comfort! I highly recommend this purchase and will be getting them again!

After receiving this product I was originally skeptical about the comfort level when taking the package out of the box. My assumptions were pleasantly incorrect. One of these has replaced two of my nightly required pillows already. The supportive material seems to keep my head and neck level in a very pleasing position. A very complimentary feature is also the ease of cleaning. According to the instructions, the only additional monitoring is really in the dryer.

The best pillow. I am very picky when it comes to change pillow because e y time I need to change I wake up with pain on my neck. When I try this m, I was able to sleep though the whole night, the best part is that’s us very coooling. Very recommended

These pillows are really comfy but firm. I am a person whose neck hurts with firm pillows, so I appreciated that it had some fluff to it. When you place your hand on it, it is cool to the touch. Which is good for people who get hot like myself . I usually like a good memory foam pillow up until my 30s, but lately, the firm of the memory foam gives me back spasms . This pillow is gon for a side sleeper such as myself . I still don’t think I’ve met my match with the best pillow out there yet. For me, it’s the combo of various pillows that makeup my king sized bed. I would buy it if I had to purchase new pillows!

Honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of these pillows. I like super soft, big fluffy pillows and these are more on the firm side. But it is a good pillow to prop up with for watching tv or reading a book in bed. My husband however loves them and said he’s been getting better sleep since using them. It is crazy that even after a full night's sleep, the pillow maintains its normal shape and firmness. He also gets really hot at night, so the cooling effect was perfect for him. I’m giving it a 3/5 just because I wish it wasn’t as firm. But for the price and getting 2 pillows, you really can’t go wrong.

My husband has been sleeping with these pillows for a few weeks now and loves them! They are semi firm once compacted but form to your head and offer great support. The cooling gel is a nice bonus he loves because is a hot sleeper and it helps keep him cooler.

The Serta cooling pillow lives up to its description. My main concern when it comes to pillows, is temperature. Living in a desert environment it can be really hot in the evenings. This pillow remains pretty cool throughout the night. The pillow is really padded so if you enjoy a flatter pillow this one is not for you. I tend to have major allergies when it comes to pillows and bed linens, the provided case that the pillow comes with I think helps when it comes to that. Overall I enjoy these pillows, they are standard pillows so if you require special accommodations you may need to look into another pillow type.

Honestly this is a great pillow to have. I used if for both me and my husband and we both have different sleeping styles. He sleeps on his stomach and i sleep on my side and it suited us well. It wasnt flat after laying on it all night. It stayed fluffy just how we like it. Highley recommend.

I enjoyed how cool the pillow is. I am a stomach sleeper and get hot at night. This pillow did a good job staying cool and not making my face sweat. It is also comfortable as well. It did not deflate on me but was also not to firm. This is a very good pillow for anyone who get hot when they sleep.
