This pillow provides great support for those with neck problems. It is not too thick yet still offers excellent support. The cool feeling of the pillow without a case is appreciated, but it is recommended only to use it with a pillowcase. With an additional layer of pillow case the cooling effect decrease. Overall, the pillow is a four stars.

Love love love these pillows ! I'm not a fan of soft squishy plillows that bend during the night and fold if you're trying to sit up in bed. This have a medium weight to them and they are firm, but soft enough to use at your back as well as for sleep. I love the fact that air circulates through them but I did not find they kept my face cool, but you're certainly going to have hot, sweaty pillows anymore. I bought two more sets for my guest room. A great buy for the money. They include directions for laundering, also.

Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Once you use you can’t go back! Cooling pillows I hate having to flip my pillow all night long to feel the coolness. No more need to do that. Also no need to fluffy or smash or beat the pillow onto a shape, it bounces right back to its fluffy fullness. 10 out 10 would buy again and for others as well!

The Serta Cooling Memory Foam Pillows are great. They are firmer than regular pillows, which I like. I also have a much more expensive pillow and I would say it is similar quality. I can't say that I notice it to be cooling, but that doesn’t bother me.

I really Love this pillows. I used them every night they are soft and cushioning and my husband loves that they don’t make him sweat like other pillows. I only wish that they were a little bigger but other than that they have become my favorite pillows.

This is a solid pillow that stays cool to touch all night and keeps its shape. It’s firm and has a bit of weight to it but as someone who needs 3 pillows to sleep, this pillow was great. It can take a little getting used to as I went from cotton pillows to something as nice as this. I would recommend going to the store to physically test before purchasing as everyone has different preferences. Overall, this pillow has helped me to relieve some neck pain, and improved my sleep.

My husband has been sleeping with these pillows for a few weeks now and loves them! They are semi firm once compacted but form to your head and offer great support. The cooling gel is a nice bonus he loves because is a hot sleeper and it helps keep him cooler.

I’ve had numerous pillows over the years. I was actually looking to change the pillow I was currently using so it was a great time to try out the Serta Gel Memory Foam pillows. Some pillows have been way too firm for my liking or way too soft. The Serta Gel Memory Foam pillows were perfect for what firmness I was looking for. I’m mostly a stomach sleeper so these pillows felt great sleeping on. The firmness of the pillow wasn’t too firm that it made me feel uncomfortable while sleeping and it wasn’t too soft that my head sank into the pillow. As for the cooling I noticed the pillow seemed to stay cool while using it. I didn’t feel hot during the night.

These pillows are wonderful. They washed up wonderfully and are cool and comfortable through the night. I am a very hot sleeper and these definitely didn't make me overheat like some other pillows do. I received these complimentary for my honest review.
