These pillows are just ok. They are not super comfortable but comfortable enough. Sort of like a hotel pillow. I don’t think this would be a good fit for someone with neck issues. Although the pillow is ok, the filling seems to hold up really well! I have been sleeping with mine for about 2 weeks and the size and shape has not changed. Still plump.

These pillows are amazing and for such a great value! I replaced my fiancés old pillows with them without telling him and he has noticed an improvement in his sleep quality. He did realize after a couple days but he is glad I made the change. I will be stocking up on these for my routine pillow swaps. Great Job!!

These are my new go to pillows. I’m buying them for all my guest rooms. I’ve been frustrated with my last set of pillows which claimed to be cooling. These pillows are actually cooling. My significant other is a hot sleeper and he hasn’t sweated since we started using them. They comfortable add great neck support and they keep their shape wonderfully. I love the shape they have. A lot of memory foam pillows look like a boxy rectangle and are ugly when you make the bed up. These have a lux look to them being extra fluffy and just add a level of decadence to the bedroom. Great pillows! And you get 2!!

The pillows we received were of moderate quality. It does leave something to be desired in terms of the quality of the material. The actual inner part of the pillow is fairly firm, but it is very textured. For some that may be an issue. As far as performance goes, it did ok. I did notice that I didn’t sweat as much as normal around my head and neck.

My title and thoughts if this review says it all. I couldnt wait for my pillows to come in so I could sleep on them. I had been needing to get aroind to finding new pillows and I happened to come across these. This pillow is super soft for its and also very comforting for its size. The "cool" feel is amazinf as well since I am actually a warm/hot natured kind of person. I loved that specifically about these pillows. All in all, Serta gets a 10 out of 10 in my book.

Affordable, comfort, quality and supportive. I would definitely recommend this pillow for anyone looking for a bargain but you’re not having to give up the quality. Very comfortable and breathable. This pillow is great for cuddling and support while sitting in your bed. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve had numerous pillows over the years. I was actually looking to change the pillow I was currently using so it was a great time to try out the Serta Gel Memory Foam pillows. Some pillows have been way too firm for my liking or way too soft. The Serta Gel Memory Foam pillows were perfect for what firmness I was looking for. I’m mostly a stomach sleeper so these pillows felt great sleeping on. The firmness of the pillow wasn’t too firm that it made me feel uncomfortable while sleeping and it wasn’t too soft that my head sank into the pillow. As for the cooling I noticed the pillow seemed to stay cool while using it. I didn’t feel hot during the night.

When I first opened this pillow, I was excited. I sweat at night, and was excited to try out the cooling pillow. The pillow is soft, and the first night it felt great. But overtime I noticed my neck hurt because it was too fluffy and I didn’t notice anything cooling about this pillow at all. It has lost some of its fluff over time, but it’s just not comfortable to me. It’s also pretty small if you’re use to a king size pillow. This is only about 3/4 that size. If you like memory foam, you’ll most likely enjoy this pillow. For me, it was just a little too fluffy for my neck.

WOW. Best pillows I've had by far. Im usually a side sleeper so I love that it aligns my neck and back. Since I've started using them, I haven't woke up with neck pain. I'm super impressed by the fact that they don't loose their shape like most other pillows. They are super comfortable, fluffy yet firm and best of all machine washable!

I love these pillows for the fact they are so fluffy and don't seem to lose their shape but I still need to break them in a little more before I can give them 5 stars. I do enjoy the fact that they are cooling. I stay hot all the time. So, having the cool side of the pillow is amazing.
