The most comfortable, affordable pillows I have used. They have the right amount of fluff to give you a great nights rest without waking up with a neck ache. They are the perfect ratio of firm and soft. The cooling effect works great in keeping my head cool through the night.

These are great pillows! They are super soft and don’t clump in the inside. While they are really plush (which we didn’t like as side or stomach sleepers), the biggest perk is that the stuffing can be removed for the sleepers needs. Once made to desired feel, these are amazing. Very comfortable and haven’t had any neck pains from sleeping. Definitely recommend!

Received this product about 2 weeks ago. I was very skeptical as pillows can be very uncomfortable when undergoing chiropractor work on my neck. These are fantastic and they definitely are cooling. I used to get hot where I laid on my pillow and have to flip the pillow to cool. Not with these pillows.

I have two of these in my bedroom and they both have exceeded my expectations. I have spent a lot on different sort of pillows but after a certain period of time, they would just become a cotton ball and I would wake up with a sprain in the neck or a full head ache. But these two have proved themselves exceptional. Loving them and will order more.

We used these pillows for our daughters bed, where I often end up sleeping. They were quality but a little too firm for my personal preference. They were definitely better than the cheaper pillows we typically use for their beds and I did notice I did not need to flip them to a cool Side through the night in a bedroom that typically gets warm at night.

After receiving this product I was originally skeptical about the comfort level when taking the package out of the box. My assumptions were pleasantly incorrect. One of these has replaced two of my nightly required pillows already. The supportive material seems to keep my head and neck level in a very pleasing position. A very complimentary feature is also the ease of cleaning. According to the instructions, the only additional monitoring is really in the dryer.

I've never seen a pillow designed this way. There's just a bunch of cut up memory foam placed in a cheap piece of fabric with a zipper, with another cloth zipped cover over it. I would highly not recommend this product to anyone. Serta really dropped the ball on this one.

Received the pillow yesterday and air it out overnight. The pillow is surprisingly lightweight compared to other memory foam pillow. The firmness and thickness is perfect for what I need. I hope the thickness stay the same after using it for a long time. Coz so far I like it, it gives a good support for my neck and reduce the pressure or weight on my shoulder when lying down on my side.

I first tried using the pillow as a normal under-the-head pillow since it said it was cooling. It did not turn out well for me. I'm used to a flat firm pillow, so while this was not uncomfortable it was not what I was used to or normally like. Its not solid gel memory foam, but shredded pieces of gel memory foam. Your head will really sink into it and it does wrap about your head. This caused my head to be warmer than normal, ironic I know. After the first night, I didn't use it for my head, but used it as a between-the-legs pillow for circulation and support on my knees and back. There we go, that is where this thing is great. That cushion and warmth worked great on on legs, it supported my legs when I was on my side and wasn't too big to be cumbersome. My wife used the other in the same way and we agree they work great as a leg support. It would have been better cooling and for normal sleeping if it was one piece of gel foam I think.

I really like this pillow. I do not feel the “cooling” part of it. It is a very nice pillow. I find myself falling asleep quicker and easier. I’ve used it for about 2 weeks now and it has not gone flat or lost its fluffiness. I feel like it cradles my head and relaxes me to sleep better.
