This pillow is filled with memory foam pieces. I did not think I would care for it at first, but after a few nights of sleeping with this pillow, it has really impressed me. I am a side sleeper and it seems to be the perfect thickness for me. My husband has also enjoyed this pillow. In his words "this pillow is awesome!". Really like that the pillow cover is removable for easy cleaning.

First of all.. these problems are no cooler than any other pillow I've ever had.. in fact I felt they were warmer than some not advertised as cooling.. also they have a strange odor to them.. I wouldn't call the smell dirty but almost like some kind of weird chemical smell.. whatever it is it's strong .. they are fluffy for now but if I would have known that the cooling claim was false I would have never gotten them.. Serta dropped the ball on these.. cooling needs to be taken off the label.. I've only napped on them for 2 hours and I woke up quite hot wear my face was in contact with the pillow..

These pillows are not stuffed with the traditional stuffing. The memory foam makes them incredible. They are by far one of my favorite sets out there. They are not stiff but have the right amount of cushion to support my head while sleeping. I don’t wake up from having a kink in my neck from the support it offers, it’s just right. I would highly recommend, I will definitely be getting these in a King size.

I was a little skeptical about the pillows before trying them because in the past I have purchased memory foam pillows that were very stiff and heavy. These pillows have been great. It comes with a quality pillow cover, it stays plump and the filling doesnt

I just want to start by saying I generally prefer a medium of the road pillow between soft and hard. When I pulled this pillow out of the package I immediately assumed I wouldn’t like it because it feels a bit hard and lumpy. The filling is a bunch of indivisible pieces of foam which is why it feels lumpy to the touch. I was very surprised when I actually slept really well on this pillow. I did not notice it was any cooler then my normal pillows and it actually has kind of a funky odor that I assume with time will dissipate. It is pretty cool it’s 100 percent washable. The interior lining that holds the pieces of foam together seems thin so I wonder how many washes that would hold up to. This is actually a perfect pillow set to use for decorative pillows because of the firmness which is my intended use moving forward.

The pillow is very firm and feels very cool. I was able to sleep peacefully throughout the night without adjusting my pillow. The cooling effect is a plus when you possibly get hot through the night. I will definitely be adding the pillow to my number of pillows on my bed. A plus is the memory foam that holds form.

This serta cooling pillow is very soft and comfortable. It doesn't get hot. It is slightly underfilled for my liking but if you like something that is moldable or to hug at night this is your pillow. It is encased in a zipper case which is nice however all the filling is loose which may not be pet or child friendly. It is smaller than I prefer, queen size for reference and it gets thin too quickly. It wasn't for me but I prefer a firmer pillow. Used for a week and I'm not at all disappointed but would not repurchase.

I was skeptical at firsr, I'm not one to switch up my pillows. But I am extremely impressed! The cooling portion was amazing and the memory foam made my neck feel amazing. I have larger pillow cases so that was a bummer. But definitely worth buying new ones to continue the use of these pillows. Woke up feeling refreshed and less neck pain after using the pillow.

I bought two sets of this pillow. The first set I picked up from my local store and I really liked them. The second set was shipped to me and when they arrived they had a terrible chemical smell. I thought they would air out but no luck so I put them thru the wash cycle and the odor didn't leave. I'm washing them a second time and if they still smell I guess they will go to the garbage because that's not anything a person needs to breathe in all night while sleeping.

I bought these because of Serta name %26 stated cooling effect without reading any reviews. Within days of use, my face broke out with severe allergic reaction, presumably from the chemicals. I threw them away and the rash went away. I can't prove cause %26 effect but I wish I had read the reviews before being tempted by packagine and price.
