I’m always searching for good quality pillows for multipurpose uses. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality, exactly what I was looking for. They plump up to full capacity after use and the memory foam worked exactly like described. I am yet to feel its cooling capacity, however, it does not matter to me too much. Full support, yet malleable so you can shape it to your liking. Highly recommend these pillows - great comfort! love these pillows.

I was hopeful that this set of two Serra memory foam pillows would be great. I have used them for a few days and they are more firm than I expected. I cannot feel the cooking effect through a pillowcase. Overall a good pillow for a guest room or to have as extras but personally I like a softer more plush pillow.

These pillows are great! I am a frequent tower/turner in my sleep, and no matter what position I end up in, this pillow gives me the support that I need. I have been using them for a few nights now and definitely wake up with less neck discomfort. These pillows do feel cool to the touch but don’t stay as cool as long as I would have liked, and are comfortable to sleep on. They fully fit in a standard pillow case, and are firm enough where I don’t need to sleep with 2-3 pillows but just this one and possibly one other thinner pillow.

Well, these pillows are amazing I always worry about my neck, moving around feeling hot but was a awesome sleeping . I honestly slept like an angel. No problem with my neck is not hot and very comfortable, my husband loved it too. I might gonna buy more pillows for my kids and I know what kind I’m gonna buy. Thank you so much

I am a back sleeper and I have the hardest time finding good pillows. Ive tried probably 5 different pillows in the last year. So far these are the BEST! They stay cool as described AND I havent had a problem with them going flat. I like thick pillows and the memory foam center in these is fantastic! Definitely recommend!

This pillow delivered! My husband and I like different amounts of support and sleep in different positions. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we both will be using this pillow nightly. The kids loved it too making it and added bonus that this pillow is washable. It also comes in a two pack. The cooling gel memory foam was refreshing. This Serta pillow checks all the boxes as advertised.

This is such an awesome pillow! One of my favorite perks is that it is machine washable. Having family members that drool, machine washable is a must! The pillow itself AND the cover are machine washable. I gave it 4 stars because of an odd smell when I first put my head on the pillow. The smell has now faded over time. The pillow forms to your head and becomes so comfortable, it must be all the mini-micro cushions inside the pillow. It never flattens throughout the night. Say goodbye to pillow fluffing!

This pillow is the best I've tried! I have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. Finding a pillow that is supportive and doesn't interfere with my sleep mask is a tough ask. I've tried so many pillows that are either too firm, fall flat overnight, or are cushy but mess with my mask. This pillow is cushy but doesn't interfere. I turn it once or twice a week to keep the support up. I use the second pillow for support under my knees. I'm so glad I tried this pillow!

I have to say, this pillow is actually not bad! But it takes a little time adjusting to it (like most pillows I guess). The first night, the pillow seemed pretty darn flat. As you can see in the picture, it's made from what seems like shredded memory foam. I felt like I was adjusting the pillow constantly trying to get comfortable, and it just wasn't getting comfy. But after the first night, the pillow seemed to conform to me and my sleep style and each night it seemed to get better - until like day 5 when it plateaued. It was not as firm as I normally like pillows, but I also like pillows extra firm. I can't say that the pillow was "cooling" like advertised, but it also didn't make me incredibly hot. Overall, I would say the pillow was alright. Nothing to get excited about, but it can be a good pillow if you don't need the extra firmness.

I really enjoy these pillows! They hold their shape great. I tend to move from side to belly when I sleep and either position they are very comfortable! As far as cooling goes, I don't notice it being "cool". They are breathable, they do not make me sweat by any means but they only remain cold for a few minutes when you flip them around. Overall i do really enjoy a good nights sleep with these.
