I found it difficult to fall asleep on this pillow. It’s comfortable at first, but being a side sleeper I’m bothered by the “crackling” of the fibers as the pillow forms to your head. Once it does settle, I feel it’s too soft to give good support. That being said, it’s the perfect pillow to put behind your back for support that’s just right. I would’ve loved these when I was pregnant to support my belly and back.

No question, Sam’s Club is the best value for bedding. Mattress, sheets, and yes pillows. This pair is comfortable and has become my primary pillows in bed. For me, they offer a good balance between softness and support. After a couple weeks use they are as plush as day 1 with no signs of compression. I especially appreciate that they have a smooth removable cover that can be washed. You can see the removable cover and foam bits that fill the pillow in my photo. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant set of pillows.

At first it felt bulky and I wasn’t thrilled to try it. I am happy I did, I slept so great. I usually use the I love my pillow, it’s my absolute favorite. This pillow is quite different but comparable as far as comfort. I do like that there’s a zip cover on it. I highly recommend people to give this one a try.

I have been using the Serta cooling gel memory foam pillow every night for about a week and it did not disappoint, not only is it cooling the entire night but it also holds it shape well but is not so stiff that you hurt your neck . When opening the pillows they did have a chemical smell but it went away after the first night Overall I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a supportive pillow but not a brick

These pillows are amazing! I am not a fan of super soft pillows or super hard pillows, these are the perfect amount of firmness. They prop my neck up at the perfect angle and I sleep comfortably all night. The cooling of the pillow is what keeps me so refreshed I have long hair and tend to feel hot during the night but this pillow really does the trick!

The serta gel memory foam pillow is the best pillow I have slept on. It is unlike any other pillow I have tried before. It has a foam material that provides a firm and bouncy support, and a grid layer that adapts to my head and neck shape and pressure points. It feels soft and smooth on my skin, and it allows air to flow through it, keeping me cook and comfortable. It os also durable and easy to clean. It is worth every penny and I would not trade it for anything else.

Bought these thinking that they would be a nice replacement for a flattened memory foam pillow. Tried them out as soon as they arrived. Not only are they so thick that it kinks your neck, they also do not compress down like a memory foam pillow should! They barely compress at all when you put your full weight on them. These pillows ended up being put in storage and are only taken out to stack up for use as an ankle prop for my bad ankle. I would not recommend these for anyone that wants a soft pillow with enough give to sink into. Only those who like extremely firm pillows will enjoy them.

I have been using this pillow for just under two weeks now. This pillow is a shredded memory foam style pillow, and as with most memory foam products it takes some time for the smell to disappear. While it wasn't in use, I just left the pillow case and its protective cover off to allow it to air-out, and after two days the smell was gone. Some nights I have slept well using it, but other nights the foam seems to thin out where I lay my head so I wake up and have to flip my pillow to help disperse the memory foam shreds. Shredded memory foam is supposed to have a cooling effect, but I haven't noticed any difference in temperature between this pillow and my old, solid memory foam pillow. It's nice that this pillow has a protective cover you can remove, and the pillow containing the shredded foam also has a zipper that can be opened so you can add/remove foam to suit your fill preference. Overall it's an okay pillow. I'll probably alternate between several pillows I already own and this one, since no pillow ever seems to stay comfortable for me for longer than a few months.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow is just okay. It feels like a standard non-specialty pillow. It does not feel like memory foam to me. It could use softer material and be a little bit more firm. I did not notice any type of cooling effect either. It is certainly not the worst pillow I have ever had, but also not the best. I wouldn't necessarily say I would recommend, but I would definitely not spend a lot of money on it.

I loved these pillows. Although the pillows were on the small side and had a chemical type smell when pulling out of the plastic, they were super comfortable. The little memory foam pieces allow your head to lay perfectly and it’s really cozy. I used both pillows on my bed and slept like a baby without any neck discomfort. I recommend this pillow to anyone and would say it’s very similar to the “my pillow” brand of pillows.
