I have been using this pillow for a about 2 weeks now. I was pleasantly surprised with how much support it gave without being too hard. My last pillow seemed to collapse by my neck making my neck very sore most mornings. I have noticed that this pillow supports where I need it to but is still soft and pliable. It is machine washable and has an outer covering with a zipper so it actually stays on. I have washed and dried it and it still works wonderfully. The inside is made up of smaller chunks of material so you can remove some if it is too full for your liking. I haven’t noticed a difference as far as temperature though. It says it a cooling pillow but for me I haven’t really noticed a difference from my previous pillow. I don’t usually sleep hot, but I still like the feel of this pillow. It doesn’t make me more cold.

I bought these pillows for my mother, who is getting older and sleep sometimes is evasive. She said that these are the nicest pillows she has ever had in her entire 70+ years. I purchased them in the first place because my husband and I had a pair and felt the same way. They are the bomb!

These Serta memory foam pillows are comfortable and provide proper neck support. I love this new pillow and the cooling feature is an added bonus. As the temps in Texas have been hotter than usual, this pillow came right on time! I have flipped this pillow many times during the night to enjoy the cooling effect. As far as as the memory foam features, it holds its shape very well and provides great support to the head and neck snd doesn’t allow any sinking in. Overall great pillow. The only disadvantage is I wish the pillow was bigger.

The serta pillow arrived with a few snags already on the cover therfore I'm not impressed that it will last long term without causing tears/holes which is why I say 4 of 5 stars. The overall comfort of the product was great it was like sleeping on a cloud. I alternate between back and side sleeping and it was comfortable in both positions. I would definitely like to see how it holds up after washing since the inside material is different from the cottom material pillows im used to and how that effects the timeframe of need for replacement. At this time though I would consider buying a few more.

We have used these pillows for years now. They are great for our airbnbs as they are cheap but great for keeping fluffy and full. We interchange them frequently so the price is just perfect. Also use them for my kids & home guest bedroom. I have to have a very firm special pillow for my neck so these don’t work, and my husband is picky on his pillow being full down. But all my guests have never complained.

I have tried many different types of pillows because I am a side and stomach sleeper. When this pillow arrived I expected it to be a one piece memory foam pillow, which haven't worked great for me in the past. This is much different, in a good way! It's pieces of memory foam within two cases, giving it the ability to shape as needed. Machine washable, good fabric, with nice zippers. I've used it a few nights now and overall am loving it. No neck pain in the morning and fills in for nice support. My husband also has used it and said it's worked well. He's a back and side sleeper. It doesnt have a super cooling effect but wasn't too warm. Would recommend.

I have two of these in my bedroom and they both have exceeded my expectations. I have spent a lot on different sort of pillows but after a certain period of time, they would just become a cotton ball and I would wake up with a sprain in the neck or a full head ache. But these two have proved themselves exceptional. Loving them and will order more.

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and absolutely loved this pillow. As soon as you lay on it, it adjusts to your body and feels super comfortable. The gel inside the pillow is always cool and being pregnant I am always sweaty and hot. This pillow helps me feel better through out the night and I get a much better rest!

The best pillow. I am very picky when it comes to change pillow because e y time I need to change I wake up with pain on my neck. When I try this m, I was able to sleep though the whole night, the best part is that’s us very coooling. Very recommended

I got these pillows in a 2 pack and was really hoping for relief from neck and shoulder pain and these Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster have been a life saver! The Gel Memory Foam Clusters have really been alot better than I ever expected! I noticed in my first night that I was able to sleep throughout the whole night for the first time in along time and woke up without the normal neck and shoulder pain i was use to using my old regular feather filled pilliows! After the first week of use I was in love and will never change my pillow brand from serta and will be buying these Serta gel memory foam cluster pillows forever! They are made extremely well and are stiched ever so nicely and will hold up very well for along time unlike my old pilliows that would lose its flullyness and get flat within a week or two these will not! I would be doing an injustice if I failed to mention how comfortable the gel aspect is to these pilliows! They make them extremely cooling at night and help me sleep even that much better! If you are a warm sleeper that wakes up feeling on the hot side these are also the pilliows you want! The price is amazing because i feel as if they could easily sell these for double or even triple the price and I would still buy them no questions asked! They are amazing A+
