Not very comfortable Feels very stiff

They do not hold their shape

God pillow for the money, I have not noticed abt cooling effect.

I bought for my step daughter and partner for christmas and was not worth it. I thought it was going to be a full foam piece but they are pieces of foam. My step daughter and partner still say its stiff after 2 weeks of use and say its uncomfortable on their neck.

I was disappointed because the pillows did not give me the comfort for my neck. When I got them home, I realized they were the same pillows I had purchased before. I will keep them, as my old pillows were ready for the dumpster. Next time I will pay more attention to the style of pillow I purchase.

I have been using this pillow for about 2 weeks. Overall it’s a great pillow. The reason for a 4-star is because I already feel that I have to fluff it up before I sleep. I wouldn’t say it have gone completely flat but it’s more flat then I like to have. I find my self flipping the pillow in the middle of the night. I do love the other features of the pillow though.

After reading the reviews, i decided this pillow was the one I needed to help wirh my neck pain. I'm convinced the pillow i received was not the one listed above as it had no serta tag on it, no serta anything anywhere except the on the outside if the shipping box. in 2 days time it was flat! I'm disappointed

First let me start off with the one thing I am not the craziest about. That is the cooling action, which is not something I really notice, but maybe you are meant to use it without a pillowcase, which I am not a fan of. Especially since it has a zippered enclosure on one side, which wouldn't be the most comfortable. So, I didn't really get the cooling component. Now for the things I like about them, they are a good size and have a nice firmness without being too firm or too soft. They kind of remind me of hotel pillows if most of them didn't automatically flatten when using them like they were filled with air. A long way of saying that they hold their shape with use.

I've used the cooling memory foam pillows for my bedroom past few days to keep myself from getting to warm. They're cooler and fuller than my regular pillows. Since they not a solid piece of memory foam and have a double cover with zippers it was easy to remove some of the foam to customize adjust support for myself. :) They're a nice medium firm comfort that doesn't get flat after laying down for hours. Also they have smooth washable covers and foam for easy laundry.

I was looking for a soft flatter pillow. These didnt seem to be compressed in the packaging and were of a reasonable thickness. However on using them they turned into fat amorphous monsters of pillows. They are also very lumpy and extremely hot to sleep on. Bought cheap got cheap. I used them for a couple weeks before i couldnt stand them anymore. To give reference im 6ft2in and 220lbs. If they are thick for me they will be huge for smaller body framed people. They looked and felt so nice at the store in the packaging.
