Pillows are hard and sort of deflat when you lay on them. They have little or no cooling effect.

Cooling pillow price was right, but pillows were not equally weighted, and really arent cool.

I use them myself and I have small motel and my customers really like them.

Soft supporting pillow that does not go flat. That provides comfort and support.

This product is highly recommended and I will purchase again and has been added to my favorites list.

These pillows are horrible. They are not cooling, añd the chemical smell coming from them is vile. Like, had to throw them away.. Save your money.

Smelly. Like there were a lot of VOCs off gassing from them. We ended up returning them. They smelled like paint.
