The quality has gone down since the last time we bought these pillows. They used to be much thicker and gave better support.

Pillows come in little pieces in a pillowcase uncomfortable clumps up is not cooling is not soft is not comfortable. Worst pillow I've ever had.

It had an awful mildew smell. I didn't have time to run to customer service and sit in line for an hour to return them. Going to toss them!

Supposed to be “cooling” with memory foam! Doesn't cool, foam is too hard. Uncomfortable. Not a good pillow

It's really comfortable my neck don't hurt no more since I've been using it already. I do recommend this. These pillows are awesome.

You cannot beat the price for the quality of these pillows. Great quality pillows! I literally have them in every one of my bedrooms in my home.

They were flat in the store and stayed flat. I expected them to fluff up, but there was no instructions in the bag just washing instructions. So I washed them and they fluffed up, but went back down to flat when completely dry. Total thickness when "flat" was about 2 inches.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I couldn't even sleep on it after the first night. The foam gets so stuck together inside the pillow and it's so hard to release it and make it soft again. I tried and tried and it's still like hard pieces of foam inside, it doesn't even feel soft to lay on, it's like lumps everywhere. Worst headache ever after sleeping on it.

I have lots of back and neck problems and I have 8 pillows on my bed and sometimes more trying to sleep and none of them are great no matter how much they cost! However! I bought a pack of these to try and let me tell you they are wonderful!!!!! I love how they feel when I put them under my head and neck and the support is great!They're moldable not sure if that's a word but they are! I am ordering two more packs to replace what I have on my bed no complaints with these whatsoever. I was afraid they might be hot, but they're not highly recommend these especially for the price.!!!! I have paid a fortune on some pillows that have been a prescription or highly recommended from the doctors office or the chiropractor's office and none of them are as comfortable as these are! I have tried these under my neck and head. I've tried them behind my back. I've tried them against my chest being a side sleeper. That's important for me and I love these in every place. I've tried them.! I have not washed them so I don't know how that will work although I have washed other pillows so I assume that these are going to be great after they are washed and dried and I can't recommend these enough.!!!!!!!!!

These aren't even pillows! They are filled with shredded memory foam. Serta should be ashamed of themselves. I can't believe Sam's sells them - they should be ashamed, too! These are too thick, hard, and lumpy. I guess I can make it less thick by removing some of the trash they filled it with. Save yourself the trouble of this pillow - just get a pillow case %26 fill it with some old clothes.
