I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and absolutely loved this pillow. As soon as you lay on it, it adjusts to your body and feels super comfortable. The gel inside the pillow is always cool and being pregnant I am always sweaty and hot. This pillow helps me feel better through out the night and I get a much better rest!

These pillows are actually pretty comfortable. I have chronic shoulder and neck pain, so a good pillow is a must. These pillows are soft but quite firm which provides a good support for my neck. They are machine washable, and have a nice outer cover that zips. It does stay cool throughout the night so I’m not constantly flipping it over. In the week I’ve been sleeping on this pillow, I haven’t noticed it flattening much. The only thing I really don’t like about the pillow is the faint smell. When I first took it out of the package, the smell of the memory foam was strong. After a week, I still smell it but it isn’t quite as strong. Overall, I would definitely buy it again.

I bought a pack of two of these from the local Sam's Club store. My daughter used mine one afternoon while napping. She wanted one, so I ordered another set online. We really like these pillows. When you sleep with an arm under it, your arm doesn't get hot like with other pillows.

These pillows are super easy to sleep on to have a great night's rest. I'd say they are medium firm and fit great under my neck/bed. I didn't notice a cooling effect but I never woke up sweating either. Comes with its own removable pillow case and the entire pillow is washable. After sleeping on these for a couple weeks they have never became flat or lost their shape! I will be buying more to replace different brands that are inferior

Love Love Love this pillow. My husband and I tried this Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows and had the best night sleep! Stays fluffy all night long, feels cool on a hot night, and cradles the head just right. This pillow far exceeds any pricey pillow. My husband is a hard one to please in the pillow department and he has had no complaints since we switched to these pillows. We have been using them for over a week now.

When unpacking the pillow from the plastic, I immediately noticed a strong chemical smell. I left it to air out for 3 days and it was still strong. I used a pillowcase which helped with the smell but unfortunately did not completely mask the scent. I have cooling pillows and did not notice any cooling aspect of this specific pillow. The pillow itself is not uncomfortable or too firm, but it is made out of foam pieces not a singular piece of foam.

WOW. Best pillows I've had by far. Im usually a side sleeper so I love that it aligns my neck and back. Since I've started using them, I haven't woke up with neck pain. I'm super impressed by the fact that they don't loose their shape like most other pillows. They are super comfortable, fluffy yet firm and best of all machine washable!

I have used this pillow for the last several nights with the weather changing from hot during the day to cold at night. I have not noticed the "cooling effect" because when I lay down it doesn't feel cool. It is a firm, but a squishy pillow, for that I would recommend.

I like that these pillows feel full, fluffy and comfortable. Not sure about the cooling part (don't really sweat much). It gives me good head support. The only con I have so far is the terrible smell they come with like a bad chemical (nothing a wash can't fix). They wash well and keep their shape. If you are looking for a pillow that won't lose its shape, fluffy yet a little firm I would recommend this pillow.

Good balance of soft and firm! The pillows do have a weird smell when you first take them out of the box and packaging, but the insert said that will go away in a few days. I’ll let them air out for a couple days before I sleep with one, but so far they seem great.
