This pillow is soft and stays cool. My husband is a hot sleeper and he says it helps with getting hot. I like to turn my pillow over for the cool side but I found I didn’t do it as much with this pillow. Comfortable to sleep on and supportive for my neck.

Have been sleeping in theses pillows for 2 days now and so far so good. They have double casing. One casing holds the memory foam piece and the other casing is the the outer cover. They are very soft. At first I thought they were going to hurt my neck but surprisingly they don’t and I have slept better than with my old pillows.

I love this pillow! The gel foam is in lots of small pieces so it is easily formed into whatever shape you want. That’s great for me because it works for sleeping on my back or on my stomach or even on my side. I only wish it was a little bit bigger. It’s a little smaller than a standard pillow.

The product came in fast. I was surprised by the speed of the delivery. It comes with two pillows. I opened it did have a little bit of a funky smell to it. I read the instructions on it how to wash them and washed them and the smell was gone and smelled like my clothes. After the wash it was really fluffy. Been sleeping on it for three nights. It is comfy but not cooling for me. I am hot natured so it was not what I need for cooling but comfortable. Would recommend for the couch.

This pillow is fabulous! Recommend for at home and essential for road trip naps! This pillow is really great at keeping your head/neck cool and supported for uninterrupted sleeping. I have been searching for a go-to travel pillow and I found the champion!

My husband and I have slept with these pillows for about a week now and really love them! They are comfortable and supportive for side or back sleepers. They do seem to feel cooler than the memory foam pillows we were using. I like that this pillow is machine washable. Overall, these pillows are a great investment for a good night's sleep! I would recommend!

I have been using the product now for over two weeks. The pillow keeps cool as expected hold's its shape well, as well as supports my head and neck. The pillow has a medium firmness not as soft as a feather pillow but also not as hard as a full foam pillow. One draw back is that it does have a chemically smell that does take several days to dissipate, but overall I would recommended this pillow.

This pillow is very special. I used it behind my head and shoulders, between my legs, and on my backside. I slept several different ways using the Serta Gel Memory Foam pillow. Each sleep session was comfortable and the pillow did not get hot. Very enjoyable experience. And my dog liked the pillow!

Bought these thinking that they would be a nice replacement for a flattened memory foam pillow. Tried them out as soon as they arrived. Not only are they so thick that it kinks your neck, they also do not compress down like a memory foam pillow should! They barely compress at all when you put your full weight on them. These pillows ended up being put in storage and are only taken out to stack up for use as an ankle prop for my bad ankle. I would not recommend these for anyone that wants a soft pillow with enough give to sink into. Only those who like extremely firm pillows will enjoy them.

This pillow delivered! My husband and I like different amounts of support and sleep in different positions. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we both will be using this pillow nightly. The kids loved it too making it and added bonus that this pillow is washable. It also comes in a two pack. The cooling gel memory foam was refreshing. This Serta pillow checks all the boxes as advertised.
