Absolutely amazing pillow! My husband is very picky with his pillows and this one he absolutely loves it! We have had it for a few days and have never slept better. It’s soft but thick and the cooling aspect of it is amazing and doesn’t get us sweaty at night. Would definitely recommend this.

These Serta Cooling Gel memory foam pillows are comfortable for me as a side-sleeper. I like how fluffy they look on the bed, and that they are easy to wash. I am not sure how cooling I would say they are, though. After sleeping with them for a few days, I haven't really noticed a temperature difference from my old pillows. They aren't the best pillows ever, but they are a good solid choice depending on your budget.

My husband and daughter have been using these for two weeks. They both sleep warm, but this has been cooling for them.My husband has noticed that the pillow is firm and easy to sleep on. My daughter, who has a lot of hair, has also noticed that she doesn't get as hot at night.

The pillow is really good quality but it could be stay cooler longer Like most pillows it gets hot rather fast. As far as support goes its a very good pillow for all positions. I really like that uou can wash the pillow and it comes with instructions.

When i received these pillows, i was a bit skeptical because of the way it was, then last night i slept on it and wow. i slept like a baby and it was even difficult to wake up in the morning. My husband also mentioned that he slept pretty well on that pillow. i would definitely recommend this.

I am a multi pillow user typically and like a firm pillow as well. I like that it didn't feel flimsy but was expecting it to be a bit firmer. I usually go from sleeping on my back to my side, and like that it molded to either way. All in all, it's not a bad pillow.

I liked that I could mold this pillow almost any way I wanted, it made it really nice if I wanted to change positions. Overall it was really comfortable and I really enjoyed it. You can feel the pieces that are inside and I thought I wouldn’t enjoy it because of that but it didn’t stop me from loving these pillows.

These are really great pillows to begin with. They do take about a week for them to break in and stop from smelling, but that's normal. I am a hot sleeper so this definitely did help keep me cool. They are really easy to wash. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow was the first pillow I’ve tried that consisted of “micro cushions.” The concept is interesting as there is not a solid gel/memory foam pillow within but more of a “shredded gel/memory foam pillow.” My favorite thing about this pillow is the double-covers that are zippered closed. The micro cushions are the innermost layer with its own zippered cover with an external zippered cover that I then put my own pillowcase over. As far as comfort, it was comfortable but felt like most other non-memory foam pillows. I was able to squish it to my liking depending on the position I was laying in but again, this isn’t necessarily a memory foam pillow trait. This pillow is “lumpy” as compared to traditional memory foam pillows that are solid pieces. Serta advertises on the packaging that it is “cooling”, but I didn’t notice any difference in temperature or feel when using it. I wasn’t exceptionally hot, nor did I feel like I was laying on a cooler surface. I will absolutely continue to use these pillows however, if you are looking for a more true-to-form memory foam pillow, this one is not it. These pillows can go into the washing machine as well as the dryer, but I have not tried this yet. Reading the washing instructions seemed like almost any other pillow instructions so I don’t feel like this would be a difficult process.

These pillows are perfect! They are thick, but squish down to the right size when they're being used! I wish they were a little wider, but I'm sure they're just standard pillow sized. I appreciate the cooling feature. I didn’t notice that the pillows "cooled," but they also didn’t make me feel hot like most other pillows!
