Serta 2-Pack Cooling Gel Memory Foam Bed Pillow

I am pretty picky about pillows.  These are cooling, memory foam and just the right firmness for me.

These pillows are horrible. They are not cooling, añd the chemical smell coming from them is vile. Like, had to throw them away.. Save your money.

I love a good pillow that I can mold and fold and stays cool.  This is my perfect pillow! I hope they never stop selling them!

Best pillows for side sleepers

Smelly. Like there were a lot of VOCs off gassing from them. We ended up returning them. They smelled like paint.

Comfortable

Fluffy pillows adjust to your head. The interior is a bunch of cut pieces of foam so it can be squeezed to how you want.

This pillow is not as described. It doesn't cool you as you sleep and it bunches up making it uncomfortable

Serta 2-pack Cooling Gem Memory Foam Pillows

Foam is NOT a good quality. My neck hurts in the morning. It was not a good choise of buying it. I would like to return it but I don't have the original bag.

Very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. It’s lumpy (made of random bits stuff inside), does not cool and flattens within minutes of laying down. I found myself fluffing up the pillow throughout the night. I expected a higher quality product coming from Serta. I’m normally a very warm sleeper so having a cooling pillow was definitely enticing. Unfortunate that it didn’t help give my neck support or help me keep my body temperature down throughout the night.

Lumpy, Warm and Unsupportive

I’ve tried plenty of pillows that promised the “perfect night’s sleep,” but this one actually comes close. The balance between softness and support is spot-on — it cradles the head without swallowing it whole. I didn’t wake up with a stiff neck (a rare win in the pillow world), though if you like an extra-firm feel, this might lean a little too plush for your taste. The materials feel durable and breathable, so it doesn’t trap heat like cheaper alternatives. Overall, it’s not a magical cloud from the heavens, but it’s definitely earned a permanent spot on my bed.
