I got a set of these pillows years ago. They started to wear out (it’s been at least 10 years). So I got a new set. Out of the box they smelled SO bad. It was a terrible chemical smell. I thought I’d air them out. A week later still terrible. So I took a look at the care instructions and washed accordingly. Hopefully to get the smell out. The pillows then fell apart leaving me a big mess to clean up. However they changed these is terrible and I won’t be getting another set.

I was skeptical about these at first, but they really work well for support and they don't hold heat!

If you’re looking support to prevent neck, shoulder, &/or back pain do not walk away from these pillows… run! They are (to be polite) crap at best.

Wonderfully comfortable and the cooling really works especially with a silk pillowcase. Love them! Should have bought another set.

We absolutely love these pillows. We had to purchase more for additional rooms that just needed these very comfortable pillows.

Worst pillows we have ever bought. They are not a solid form like most pillows but small pieces and they are extremely lumpy.

These pillows aren’t very good, no support and they don’t even hold their shape, not firm and super flimsy. I would not recommend .

Like the "torn up" memory foam that makes up this pillow. Has a little more give because of this filling.

Let pillows air out for weeks as recommended by manufacturer. Still have a chemical smell to me. will be returning.

These pillows were trash. Should have listened to the reviews. Even tried putting both in one pillow case and somehow it still goes flat!
