These pillows are super comfy! They do not loose their shape and do not require fluffing, but are easy to fluff if you want to. Memory foam can get hot but the gel does provide a nice cooling feel. The zippered cover is easy to remove if you do not want to wash the whole pillow. A drink was spilled on one of our pillows and the whole pillow washed nicely. The dry time was lengthy but hopefully with the zippered cover the whole pillow will not have to washed often. All in all love these pillows and will purchase more for the whole family.

These pillows are very thick and pretty firm. I prefer thinner pillows, so these are not for me. They would probably be great in a sham for decoration. My wife does like them to keep her propped up when nursing our baby at night. The pillow comes with a thin inner zippered case filled with the memory foam pieces. Outside of that is another zippered pillowcase which is soft. This is a nice feature for cleaning.

Ive really enjoyed this pillow. Its offered the right amount of firmness and fluffyness that I like. Your head just rest in it but doesnt sink in. Im a sideway sleeper and it helps keep my head level and not bent but also works great when I back sleep.

I received these Serta Gel Memory cooling pillow free to review. The pillow stuffing is unique. Inside is chunks of foam. The pillow has a little weight to it and I would call it thick… I have slept on softer pillows and I have slept on pillows that are more full and firm. I would liken this pillow to a feather down pillow. You don’t sink into it right away and it has a decent amount of support. I don’t know why it is called a “cooling” pillow, I did not experience any real “coolness”… it does have some memory to it though I can tell. My husband likes a thin pillow so this was not for him. I like it well enough that I will continue using it.

The pillows arrived in a plastic bag. Right away, during unwrapping of the pillows, I noticed there are a lot of loose strings on the edges of the pillow. I used these pillows in our new camper van which is hard to control the temperature at night. The cooling would be a huge benefit, but it didn’t feel cool through the pillow case. The pillow also felt too firm and after two days I decided to find a new pillow to use.

Great pillows! I’m picky and these are great. Have a slight foam smell when first opened but after a few days it went away. Do not go flat or clump like other pillows….so far. I’ve only had them a couple weeks. For the sensitive folks, I’m an asthmatic and prone to rashes and have had no issues. Also a belly sleeper and no issues with these pillows for that either. Definitely a win and super affordable to top it off. The only quasi negative is I’m not sure what the cooling effect is supposed to be🤷‍♀️

Pillows arrived in great condition. When I took them out of the packaging they did have an odor. I do believe that will subside once washed. They are not firm. Your head will settle right in. So if you are not looking for a soft pillow then this is not for you. They are smooth and can be easily manipulated. I prefer a stiffer or firmer pillow. But the pillow is great quality and according to packaging easy to clean in the washer.

When i first received the product i thought its just a regular pillow, but after sleeping on it a couple days i noticed i dont wake up with any neck pain like other pillows and its also cool and doesn't feel hot as other pillows. Its very comfortable and that as soon as i get up the pillow fluffs back up.

These are easy to adjust the fluffiness and keep you cool all night. They aren't too firm or soft and allow your neck and head to sit in the right place. Typically my wife wakes up in the night because she gets too warm, but didn't have that problem when she used this pillow.
