The Serta cooling memory foam pillow is a good pillow. I have used it for the past 5 days. I gave the pillow a 4 our of 5 stars for one reason. On the first night I tried the pillow it had a strong smell. I set it aside for that first night and let it air and the smell was gone. I have had 4 excellent nights of sleep useing these pillows. They are soft and firm at the same time. I can't really say they were cooling but they never got hot. I have not had to flip this pillow in the middle of the night to find a cool side. The pillow was just the right temperature for me to sleep stright through the night.

Pillow came in a set of two. The pillows were extremely comfortable where it actually contour to your neck. Stays stiff while still being soft. The issue that i had was (1) Did not stay as cool as I would have thought (2) The structure of the pillow does not hold itself night over night - when I flipped it over it did stay the comfortable (soft but not incredibly hard pillow). Overall I thought it was a good pillow, is definitely better than what I had.

I didnt realized how much of a difference a good pillow makes, when it comes to a good nights sleep. The pillow is cool to the touch, which helps a lot when you get hot easily. The memory foam is also great with supporting your neck. Love that it fluffs up to its original size in the morning.

The serta cooling gel memory foam pillow was quite nice. It did a decent job of staying cool through the night and it was a very comfortable pillow. It is not one solid piece of memory foam, but instead its broken up pieces which I think I prefer. The only complaint is that the memory foam pieces kind of lump together so I had to fluff it up a lot.

When I saw this pillow I was initially concerned. I've used memory foam "cluster" cooling pillows before and they've been understaffed and flat. This one I didn't have any issues with. Pros: Very well stuffed - roughly the same height as my solid memory foam side sleeper pillows Support - held it's shape well with moderate give Cushioning - very soft Cooling - didn't feel hot at all Washable - came with instructions to wash the entire pillow Cons: Offgas - I didn't sleep on it the first two days after I got it. Had a bad chemical smell right out of the package that is pretty typical of memory foam products. It dissipated after a day or two

This is a good pillow, and I've been using it for several days. I've had memory foam pillows before, and this is like the good ones I have had. It has many little pieces of memory foam, not one big piece. There is nothing spectacular or overwhelmingly noticeable about this pillow, but it is definitely a good product. I don't notice a cooling effect, but I do recommend the product. You won't go wrong if you're looking for a standard, supportive memory foam pillow.

The pillow has a good balance of firmness and softness. It's not too hard, nor is it too soft. It's the right balance for a back or side sleeper. My husband is a stomach sleeper and, while he thought it was a comfortable pillow to sit up in bed, he did not like it to sleep with on his stomach. The gel clusters provide the right amount of support while conforming to the shape of my head and neck, which reduced neck pain in the morning. My only drawback is that it does not come in a King size.

I have used this pillow for a couple of weeks now and I enjoy it! Initially the pillow felt stiff and uncomfortable but had excellent cooling material. However, after breaking in the pillow it has become my favorite to use when I sleep on my side. It has the thickness to support your neck properly and the flexibility to mold it for your comfort! It’s a little too high for me to use if I sleep on my back. My significant other uses it interchangeably. He is 6ft and I am 5ft. I would definitely recommend this pillow for side sleepers who enjoy a soft but dense pillow! It does not go flat by morning!

These pillows are not at all what you think when you hear memory foam pillow, instead of a brick of foam they are made with chucks of foam so they are very comfortable and contour easily to your neck and back. So they are the most comfortable pillow I have ever used, and additional to being comfortable as the label says they are a cool pillow usually I get up a few times through the night to flip over my pillow to keep it cool but I can sleep though the night and they stay cool the entire time. Lastly the pillows are amazing at keeping their shape, just a little fluffing and they are like brand new! 10/10 highly recommended.

I'm a fan of memory foam but shredded foam behaves a little differently. Solid memory foam gives better support, whereas these have less of a memory foam feel. You kind of sink in and the pillow wraps around your head and touches the sides of your face, or else (like me) you end up folding and tucking and folding again trying to get support where you want it and then repeating that process every time you move. My sister is a bigger fan of shredded foam, and she would love these, so I think they're good for what they are (just not for me, I like a solid memory foam pillow vs. shredded). I didn't experience the cooling effect.
