The fact that there are 2 pillows in one pack is cost effective The pillow and cover are machine washable so that’s a plus. It has a zipper for removal of pillow. My head does not sink all the way in. The pillow conforms to my head and neck, so therefore it can be easily manipulated. It keeps me cool at night when I lay down. It does help me falling asleep quicker but won’t stay cool all night. Especially if you throw a pillow cover on it or don’t allow for it to sit a while before using it for resting. Works great for my aching neck and shoulders. I can actually lay my neck comfortably. Don’t need to toss it over periodically to make it comfy. I really like this.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow is just okay. It feels like a standard non-specialty pillow. It does not feel like memory foam to me. It could use softer material and be a little bit more firm. I did not notice any type of cooling effect either. It is certainly not the worst pillow I have ever had, but also not the best. I wouldn't necessarily say I would recommend, but I would definitely not spend a lot of money on it.

These pillows are very supportive and conform well to your head and neck. I felt that they held my head in place well throughout the night and were comfortable to sleep with. I did not notice a cooling gel affect, but that wasn't an issue. Over the course of the night I felt some support drop at the base of my neck which is why I am giving four stars and not five. Overall it is a good pillow.

I ended up using these 2 pillows in my sons room, he has a full size bed and they fit perfectly. I think they would also fit okay on a queen as well. They are very fluffy but also very forming to your head when you lay on them. I could also feel the cooling effect that the pillows have, it’s very nice. I think depending on the type of pillowcase you use, would dictate how much of the cooling you feel when using.

These pillows are comfortable. Cooling effect as advertised. Good quality as can be expected from a Serta product. If there were one improvement, it would be the amount of stuffing in the pillows. They are a little flat, so you need to double them up to get enough rise for a good night’s sleep. I would buy again if the price is correct.

I was surprised to see how filled these pillows were of the Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows, 2 pack. They were Standard Queen size and I loved that they were from a trusted, known brand like Serta! I didn’t notice the cooling effect when I had my cotton pillowcase on. I have neck tension and migraines and I am also a side sleeper. Being a side sleeper, I did not like how stuffed my pillow which ended up pushing my neck up and at an angle instead of aligned with my back. The packaging notes that these pillows are for all sleep positions but even as a side sleeper, I gave this pillow 4 stars due to my neck issues and it not comfortably adjusting to my neck. I do like, however, that the manufacturers informational inserts even encourages you to give their product a few weeks to adjust to, if it isn’t at first noticeably comfortable. I did actually spend a minute or two fluffing it after taking it right from the bag before putting my pillowcase on. These pillows come with a 1 year limited warranty covering severe body contours/impressions. As a person who loves to revive my items to allow them to continue being as durable and long-lasting as possible, I appreciated the washing instructions. I liked the support when I was sleeping on my back. If you’re mainly a back sleeper, this pillow is for you!

We love these pillows! My husband, who is seriously picky about pillows, says this is his favorite so far! The quality is great. They are white in color and super soft. They are cooling pillows which is nice since I’m a hot sleeper. These pillows offer plenty of support throughout the night and haven’t lost shape yet. Overall really satisfied with the product.

The pillows are exactly what they promise. Surprisingly cool throughout the night, and never flatten like some soft pillows. The pillow is soft enough to hug your head and neck, but it never got “flat”. We loved how big they were as well. Provided a cool, comfortable sleep and never missed. Wife loved how easy they are to wash.

Love these pillows! Very comfortable and cool. I love the zipper features. Unzip to wash the casing, then unzip again to access the foam bits. I love the idea that i can add stuffing to this pillow if it ever goes flat. Also being able to clean everything in this pillow with the zipper access will make these pillows last much longer!
