This pillow is comfortable and the memory foam forms to head/shoulders well but can become thin after laying for awhile or on side. I am a side sleeper, shift positions overnight and need a very firm, thick pillow. The Serta Cooling Gel memory foam seemed more comfortable when I was sleeping on my back rather than side. I also used it as a body pillow between legs and it worked great. It has easy wash and care instructions. Overall good pillow but would not recommend for side sleepers - better for back sleepers.

Received my pillows and they are comfortable! I usually have a hard time finding support that isn't too bulky, and not too soft. This is just perfect as far as supporting my head and neck. The pillows are filled with this chopped up foam looking stuff and I was worried it wouldnt be comfortable, but they were very comfortable and I can't feel the foam pieces through the pillow. I didn't notice any cooling effects of the pillows, but they are still super nice to me!

I have been sleeping on the memory foam cooling pillows for a couple days now. I like the firmness of the pillow, which is a moderate level, not too firm and not too soft. We live in California, so even though it’s fall it’s still hot, I like the cooling feature because the pillow doesn’t absorb heat, making it quite comfortable. I really like that the pillow has a removal case with a zipper which can be washed keeping the pillow cleaner and smelling good longer.

Great little pillow. I was a bit disappointed that the pillow didn't stay cool since it's cooling gel. My purple pillow is cooler. It kept it's form nicely. Wish it had a little more poofiness, seemed flimsy for memory foam. I was happy that I woke up without a jeadache from it losing height and form.

Pillow provides great neck support. I tried using different sleeping positions, and it works for side sleeping and back position; however, it not comfortable for stomach sleeping. Pillow stays fresh and has no smell. The cover is removable and entire pillow is washable. Inside is crumbled up memory foam. However, the cooling feature is not very noticeable. Overall is a great everyday pillow.

Pillows are such a personal choice for each person depending on their needs. That being said, these pillows work great for my teenage kids. They aren't too hard and aren't too soft. They like the cooling pillows and these hit the mark. If your looking for an economical, solid buy, these are a great option.

After only a few weeks of using this pillow I’ve noticed a big change in the quality of my sleep with regards to neck and back pain. Most mornings I wake up with soreness and pain in my neck but not since I started sleeping with this pillow. Unlike other pillows, this pillow provides a perfect balance of softness and firmness for neck and back support and comfort. Your head won’t easily sink into this pillow nor will it feel overly firm. The pillow seems to keep its shape really well but can be modified, if you prefer, given the memory foam cluster makeup. This is definitely something I will keep an eye on over time as other pillows I’ve tried don’t last very long or keep their shape. The cooling feature is nice and I can tell a difference compared to other pillows; however, it’s a small difference and doesn’t have the significant cooling effect that I expected. This is really the only characteristic of the pillow that I wish were better. With that being said, the pros far outweigh the cons. I like that this pillow has a machine washable cover that can be easily removed. Overall, this pillow is definitely worth purchasing due to its comfort, support, and material quality. I look forward to many more nights of better sleep and less neck/back pain.

The pillows are very comfortable. My neck felt great the following morning. The gel conforms to your head and neck and the pillows did not go flat. They are cool to the touch. However, if you use a pillow case, you will not benefit from to cooling effect. There are actual gel pieces on the inside of the pillows. The zippered cases allow for easy cleaning/ washing. Overall, a great bargain for the price!

These pillows are amazing and for such a great value! I replaced my fiancés old pillows with them without telling him and he has noticed an improvement in his sleep quality. He did realize after a couple days but he is glad I made the change. I will be stocking up on these for my routine pillow swaps. Great Job!!

I’ve been using this pillow for the past week. Unfortunately I’m not a huge fan. It doesn’t have the cooling effect that I was expecting. I actually have not notice any cooling effect. The pillow seems to have gotten lumpy and will not go back into place like other memory foam pillows. I’m disappointed.
