The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows provided excellent support for my neck and head while keeping me at a comfortable temperature. I sleep on an adjustable bed, so it’s tricky to find a pillow that works well. I was able to position this one well and get the support I need. The only downside I have is it takes quite a while to dry after washing (the tag says 2 hours). I ran it through the dryer 3 times.

I purchased the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. These pillows are seriously overstuffed, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. What’s worse, they caused an unnatural arch in my neck overnight, leading to neck pain in the morning. I had hoped that with time, they might become more comfortable, but that hasn’t been the case so far. I’ve used them for a while, and the issues persist. I’m disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend these pillows to others looking for a good night’s sleep.

My husband and I agree that these are the two best pillows in the house. Usually we sleep with you down feather pillows. These pillows are nice and hefty, yet still contour to our neck and head. Overall, I’m really impressed. It lost one star for smelling strange out of the box but the weird plastic smell dissipated overnight.

They are uncomfortable, no support what so ever. The pillow is full of foam chunks after a while the pillow goes complete flat and you get no support around your head and neck. For someone who is looking for support and firmness, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I really enjoyed how the pillow formed around my neck, giving me support throughout the night. I am usually a side sleeper but this pillow did a great job of supporting the sides and back of my head, feeling very refreshed waking up! I am usually a hot sleeper and was worried with the gel if I would overheat but I stayed cool with this pillow. It’s also great if you’re sitting up in bed to lean back on. It’s firm but soft. Would recommend for anyone who needs good neck support.

Affordable, comfort, quality and supportive. I would definitely recommend this pillow for anyone looking for a bargain but you’re not having to give up the quality. Very comfortable and breathable. This pillow is great for cuddling and support while sitting in your bed. You will not be disappointed.

I received my Serta cooling gel memory foam pillows in the mail about two weeks ago. These are my new favorite pillows. They stay cooler than other pillows, they’re soft but provide good head support throughout the night. I also like that they have a zipper cover for easy cleaning! I will be replacing the rest of my pillows with these!

Bought these and they had a horrible chemical/factory smell. I aired them for almost 2 weeks, sprayed with lysol and febreeze but nothing could get rid of the smell. Not even a day outside (when it was mid 40's here in MI.) could reduce it. Contacted manufacturer and they suggested doing everything I'd already done so I returned them for a new set. These still have a smell but not like the last set did. These smell a bit like foam and the scent is fading over time. I also used fabreeze on them which helped a tiny bit. I recommend these but make sure you air them out before use. Literature in packaging says this "smell" can happen but should go away over time. Also takes some getting used to sleeping on them but they give the support I need and have enough "give" that my daily migraines don't get worse after use.

I used this pillow as my everyday pillow while sleeping. I was optimistic but unfortunately I was disappointed when I had to constantly keep flipping it over because it wasn’t cool. It was nice and firm at first but as time when on it lost its firmness. I ended using it as a body pillow instead.
