This pillow provides great support and is incredibly comfortable. Being someone that gets hot when sleeping, it provided the perfect amount of cooling which lessened the amount of times waking up in the middle of the night from being too hot. It does have a strong smell when first removing from the bag. It’s not necessarily chemical, but not a pleasant smell to breathe in constantly the first few nights. Using a pillow case did seem to help with that though!

This pillow pack comes with two very soft pillows that feels like it is full of little chunks of foam. Alas, when you unzip it and look it really is just a bunch of little chunks of foam; honestly kinda looks like the pieces they’d pick up after trimming a big piece? Well, I really liked my pillow as I prefer the lay down and your head sinks in feeling but my wife couldn’t stand it because it had “no support”. So we compromised and gave it 4 stars.

I decided to try the Serta cooling gel memory foam pillows a few weeks ago. They arrived quickly and decently packaged. After sleeping on them for a couple weeks I guess it’s a good time to post a review! I noticed when using them that they definitely stay cooler than the average pillow. Also very comfortable and didn’t cause any discomfort for my head or neck while sleeping. My only caviat would be that I would describe these pillows as specifically for sleeping. Because of their softness they were not firm enough to prop up on the bed for reading, tv or gaming. But I have firmer pillows that serve this purpose well. If you’re looking for a pillow that will give you a good night’s sleep, this is an excellent choice. If you plan on using it for watching tv at night, you’ll need a firmer pillow to go with it.

I've never been much of a pillow shopper, but gel memory foam combined with cooling features have truly made a significant difference. I adore the texture of this pillow; its the perfect balance between softness and firmness. Offers great neck support, no neck pain, allowing me to wake up feeling rejuvenated and prepared to tackle a full day of teaching. I particularly appreciate how the memory foam adjusts when I sleep on my back.

These pillows are not at all what you think when you hear memory foam pillow, instead of a brick of foam they are made with chucks of foam so they are very comfortable and contour easily to your neck and back. So they are the most comfortable pillow I have ever used, and additional to being comfortable as the label says they are a cool pillow usually I get up a few times through the night to flip over my pillow to keep it cool but I can sleep though the night and they stay cool the entire time. Lastly the pillows are amazing at keeping their shape, just a little fluffing and they are like brand new! 10/10 highly recommended.

My husband and I could be classified as pillow snobs. We have bought many brands, styles and paid a wide range of price points. While this isn’t my FAVORITE pillow of all the ones I have, for the price, it’s excellent! The material inside reminds me of the “my pillow”. It is very easy to fluff back into shape and does not make you super hot if you’re a belly sleeper.

We used these pillows for the last week in our master bedroom. The pillows are comfortable but I was really looking forward to a cooling effect, especially with this summer heat, but unfortunately these pillows did not deliver that. Still a comfortable choice if you’re not interested in cooling pillows.

These pillows are plush. Great dense memory foam chunks that aren’t so big the pillow is lumpy but also not so small it packs into a brick. The cover has a nice quality feel to it and I like that it is zippered. They are on the thicker side, which I also like because I like to use one pillow. They are a little thick for my wife who likes to sleep with two. The only draw back if there is one is a light chemically smell almost like paint. It wasn’t noticeable unless I pressed my face into it and intentionally smelled it deeply. Even less noticeable with a nice pillow case. Overall very happy with these pillows!

After using these pillows for the past four nights, my wife and I are pleasantly surprised with these pillows. I am a stomach sleeper but try not to as my back hurts. I have found that this pillow does a good job of keeping me on my side or back. I have tried a lot of ways to stop sleeping on my stomach and this seems to be working! I was unsure about the pillow seeing that it is filled with ground up memory foam(pic) but it is a good all around pillow. It gives support but not too much to where it is uncomfortable, and on the other extreme your head does not sink all the way in as it does with the plush pillows. The pillow breaths well as to not cause heat or sweat while sleeping. It has only been a short time with the pillows but I feel like they will do a very good job of holding their shape over time. I do wish that the pillows were a bit wider but I could always purchase the king size as these are queen/full. I do a fair amount of tossing and turning and a little wider would be beneficial for that. For this reason I removed one star but they are very close to being a 5-star pillow. Overall I feel like these are very good quality pillows and worth trying. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. These pillows have been the most comfortable and easy to get use to out of the box. I have found that sometimes pillows just take a little time to get use to, so maybe with a little more use, they will become a 5-star pillow to me.

This pillow is soft and stays cool. My husband is a hot sleeper and he says it helps with getting hot. I like to turn my pillow over for the cool side but I found I didn’t do it as much with this pillow. Comfortable to sleep on and supportive for my neck.
