The product came in fast. I was surprised by the speed of the delivery. It comes with two pillows. I opened it did have a little bit of a funky smell to it. I read the instructions on it how to wash them and washed them and the smell was gone and smelled like my clothes. After the wash it was really fluffy. Been sleeping on it for three nights. It is comfy but not cooling for me. I am hot natured so it was not what I need for cooling but comfortable. Would recommend for the couch.

The pillow feels nice to touch, but you can feel the small bumps that allow breath ability. The pillow does not feel cold or cool. The pillow is on the firmer side which is great for me and feels good. There are 2 zipper pillow cases covering the pillow filling inside. The outer case is soft with a ribbed texture.

These pillows aren’t the greatest on earth, but they aren’t terrible. They came at the perfect time for my wife as we were getting ready to have a baby. She brought them to the hospital and used one for her head and one for her feet to keep the elevated. Although they really aren’t “cooling” she loved how soft they were. She wouldn’t trade it for her favorite pillow she already has, she likes a fairly firm pillow to sleep on but for the hospital it worked perfect. We enjoy having extra pillows on hand for movie nights with the family and things. These will be the perfect pillows to pull out for that occasion.

This is a really good pillow. Not only is it comfortable, it also keeps me cool. It even works through my pillow case. It is maybe a little firmer than I would prefer, but it still works well enough for me. The only thing I didn’t like was it had a chemical like smell out of the bag, but it wasn’t too strong and it went away for me after a few days.

Let’s start with the the appearance of the pillow. I like that you can unzip it and wash the cover. There is another case that is filled with memory foam. Sleeping on the pillow the 1st night was a bit uncomfortable due to me not being used to fluffy pillows. The second night I loved the fluffiness and slept like a baby. I highly recommend this pillow.

These pillows are definitely hotel quality comfort but cooling? Not so sure about that. The memory foam allows for a good nights sleep. Felt like sleeping on a cloud where your head wont sink in. Its a good pillow though. I just wouldnt market it as "cooling"

Initial impression was holding a pair of cool very soft pillows! Personally I’m more of a fan of a bit firmer pillows so based off my personal opinion it would be a 3.5/5 but my wife and son said they were great and more of a 4/5 since they maintained coolness for them!

I have used this pillow for a week now and I was really excited to try it out in my bedroom. Its not full enough for me, I had to shift the foam around to give more neck support. The pillow didn't get warm at night so that was a plus. I love that you can take the cover off the pillow and wash that without causing a change the the memory foam filling. I sleep on my back and side mostly I felt mor comfortable with this pillow on my side.

I had high hopes for this pillow. The first night it was so comfy and my neck did not hurt. As time went on the memory foam separates and if you dont fluff it before each sleep the pillow becomes almost nonexistent. I guess it's what you'd expect for a cheap pillow but with serta brand I expected more. Not sure the cooling is any more than any other pillow..

Incredibly impressed with the support and comfort we get from these pillows. My daughter already took one and has claimed it as her own. We got the pillows about 2 weeks ago and have used them since day one. We didn’t notice any funky smell or off gassing when we got them which was awesome. These have replaced out very expensive pillows because the support is there but it doesn’t force your head in funky position when you sleep.
