The serta pillow arrived with a few snags already on the cover therfore I'm not impressed that it will last long term without causing tears/holes which is why I say 4 of 5 stars. The overall comfort of the product was great it was like sleeping on a cloud. I alternate between back and side sleeping and it was comfortable in both positions. I would definitely like to see how it holds up after washing since the inside material is different from the cottom material pillows im used to and how that effects the timeframe of need for replacement. At this time though I would consider buying a few more.

They smelled terrible when I opened the box but the smell went away after a few days. I couldn’t really tell that it was a cooling pillow. Aside from that it is a little firm for those that like firm pillows. I did like the pillows and would buy them again.

11 year old review (my son wanted to test one pillow) : Best pillow ever! It stayed cold all night! 36 year old female review: Pillow is nice for back and side sleeping, not stomach sleeping friendly. Too fluffy for that. Had a mild chemical smell straight out of packaging but not too bad. Stayed cooler than other pillows would, which was nice, but I did flip once to get really cool side of the pillow the other night. Overall it's nice.

These are standard sized pillows. It comes in a 2 pack. These have shredded gel memory foam in a zippered case, which can be a bit stinky the first few days. They also come with a removable/washable cover. They boast cooling abilities, which I have noticed that they do feel very cool. They mold very well to my head. I do wake up with some discomfort, but that is due to having little ones that sneak into bed and steal my pillow! Although, I will say my kids seem to sleep better/deeper when using this pillow. Would definitely purchase in a larger size to better fit my personal needs.

If you like a soft pillow, this is not for you! This is a very firm pillow! Even though it’s memory foam, it’s cushiony but not soft. To me it is perfect! Had my doubts but after sleeping with them for the past 2 weeks, I am convinced these are my new favorite pillows!! Oh, and did I mention they actually are COOL?! 🧊

There is like a love hate relationship with this pillows i love that there a set of 2 the cooling of them but i really need them in a bigger size they have a funny smell that i realy did not like this but ones you let them out for a night it goes away

Only one night of use but slept good with the Serra Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillow. I usually wake up a little sweaty around my neck and hairline, I did not this morning. I like the fact that no matter which way I lay the pillow forms to support my head and neck. No neck pain or stiff neck, also was able to sleep on my belly. I believe this pillow is great for every kind of sleeper.

I really wanted to love these pillow have been sleeping on them for over a week, but they just aren’t for me. First of all, they are made up of lots of tiny pieces of memory foam, which while that does help the pillow keep its form, makes the texture slightly lumpy. The pillow does not feel “cool” at all, it is the same temperature as all other pillows I have slept on. It is also a bit on the thick side, make it too high for my neck. It is in a nice zippered case, make it easy to clean. Overall, pillows are super hard to find the perfect one and for me this one is not it.

These pillows are an amazing deal for the price. You get 2 of them. They are both form fitting & cooling. The memory foam is shredded pieces which makes it easy to shift and adjust to your needs. After several nights the memory foam still fluffs back up to its shape rather than falling flat. They each come with a washable cover which is super helpful in keeping the pillow fresh & clean for a great night sleep.

The pillows don’t feel like regular pillows. They are somewhat lumpy, and had a really weird, chemical smell to them. I had to air them out for a few days in order to feel comfortable sleeping with them. Once I used, I slept great, they held up great and are very comfortable. Didn’t notice them to be extra cooling.
