I bought these looking for just the right pillow. I suffer headaches, some of which I wake up with. The pillows don’t conform much to the head and still need flipping for the added coolness desired. As these pillows are too hard for my head and not so cool, I still give them 2 stars because for less expensive price, they seem to be made nicely. I will use in other rooms of my home.

Thank goodness it comes with two pillows so you can combine the stuffing into one pillow and end up with a one regular sized/stuffed pillow. It’s falsely advertised as a “cooling gel” pillow. There is no cooling gel whatsoever in this thing. I have ordered this exact brand/pillow in the past from other sellers and I assure you, what I just received is NOTHING like the ones I have received in the past. This is the WORSE a foam chip pillow ever! And sleeps extremely hot.

Overall a great value pillow! Reluctant at first and a bit picky when it comes to pillows this served as a great, versatile pillow for my various sleeping positions. Stomach, side, back…always comfortable. Can move around to be thin at times but with a quick fluff it was good to go and even came off as a bit customizable. Always as cool, never sticky and hot. For this price point it seems to be a great value buy for most sleepers.

I was not sure about these pillows. They felt softer than what I like. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to bed. They are actually not as soft as they feel. I did notice I have been falling asleep faster than usual. They are extremely comfortable and I did not need to keep moving my head around to find a comfortable spot. They are great pillows. The reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because I did not really feel any cooling.

This is a okay pillow. It's not cooling to me at all and I have to other cooling pillows at home one is really cold and one is somewhat cool and I couldn't even feel the coolness in this pillow. It is made up of chunks of foam and whatever else cause I could feel it when laying on it. It was comfortable to lay on my side with. I'll probably end up using it as an extra pillow but not as my main one.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows are a highly supportive pillow filled with clumps of memory foam. They stay cool, and my daughter snatched one for herself right away, claiming it was super comfortable. It is highly supportive, so good for propping yourself and for side sleepers.

I was excited to try these pillows because I am a hot sleeper and I’m very picky with my pillows. I did like that these were a medium pillows so not too hard but not overly soft. They give good support. I didn’t notice the cooling part of the pillow to be very noticeable but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I will continue to use these, they may just not be my main pillows all the time. I do like the memory foam but noticed they “settle” over night making them feel a little hard and need to be fluffed a little. Again, not a enough to be a deal breaker. I am a side and back sleeper and they worked well and were comfortable. I am prone to headaches/migraines and I felt like these supported enough to not cause them. The memory foam gave good support around my neck where tension usually can cause my headaches. I also like that these were a two pack and you didn’t have to buy them individually. Overall, I like them and will continue to use.

Loved how this has such a cooling effect, but annoying how often I need to rotate the pillow, because it gets lumpy and flat. It is a firmer pillow, but not stiff. Contours the neck well for side sleeping, but not a fan when stomach sleeping. No bad smells and overall good quality pillow.

I'm someone who tosses and turns, constantly trying to get comfortable before actually falling asleep. My previous pillow has been worn out, flattened, there's no more "fluff" to it. You can imagine my struggle just to "shape" it for comfort before sleeping. Now with the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow, I've been able to sleep like baby. The memory foam is great for support and comfort. A nice balance between softness and firmness. Whether you're a back sleeper, a side sleeper, or someone who sleeps on their stomach, the pillow conforms accordingly while still being able to adequately support your neck and head for a goodnight's sleep. No more mornings of stiffness or discomfort. Overall, I'm happy with the product and can't recommend it enough.

The cooling Serta pillow is very comfortable and optimally plush and firm. I was looking for a change in our pillows as we had pillows that were really giving us neck aches as they were not firm enough and would sulk too deep when we slept. These pillow provide good cushioning to your neck while keeping your posture apt. I would recommend this product who are looking for something not too stiff and like moderately firm and plush pillows.
