This pillow generally keeps its shape throughout the night and keeps you from having an overheating head. This pillow is not a single piece of foam but filled with chucks that settle as you sleep on it. However it is slightly firm compared to some other pillows. I prefer to keep it as a base pillow with a softer pillow on top. The two set is great and would recommend.

It is a soft pillow which does not seem to hold up when I sleep. I like a more firm pillow and this was not that. My wife on the other hand enjoyed the pillow and still uses both of them. If you enjoy not firm style pillows this may be a great pillow for you, but if you like more hold to your pillow this is not the one.

At first this pillow felt heavy and a bit lumpy, but once you put your head on it you realize how wrong you are. These pillows are very conforming and oh so comfortable. I have back and neck issues and after using this pillow, I woke up feeling good. I did not have a stiff neck, I wasn’t in pain, and my shoulder wasn’t numb. They hold their shape well while sleeping. They don’t go flat like others. I am a stomach and side sleeper and these are perfect!!!!!

These pillows were really nice and worked well for diverse sleepers. I am a side sleeper and often struggle to get proper neck support. This pillow conformed to my head to provide proper neck support. My boyfriend is a back and stomach sleeper and felt properly supported as well.

Night one with the pillow was so comfy! Very magical! The pillow doesn’t get “cool” but more is good at avoiding getting too hot, which is nice. I found that the pillow, while still soft and comfy, didn’t continue to offer the same fluffiness/support and comfort as it did on day one. I am a side sleeper and while comfortable, it wasn’t quite tall enough after several uses.

Flatten out to easy,I thought anything being memory gel would be fluffy and say that we continuously every night we have to pound them to make them fluffy so I’m not real impressed with these pillows now I have to figure out what the other next best pillows Are that stay fluffy And don’t go flat before you go to sleep

The pillows are exactly what they promise. Surprisingly cool throughout the night, and never flatten like some soft pillows. The pillow is soft enough to hug your head and neck, but it never got “flat”. We loved how big they were as well. Provided a cool, comfortable sleep and never missed. Wife loved how easy they are to wash.

My husband and daughter have been using these for two weeks. They both sleep warm, but this has been cooling for them.My husband has noticed that the pillow is firm and easy to sleep on. My daughter, who has a lot of hair, has also noticed that she doesn't get as hot at night.

I like the quality of these pillows and they do seem very firm although I was told that if you sleep on them every day they will loose that firmness. My friend bought them because someone told them they were good. And I bought them at the she thought they were good. I guess in time I will find out.

No question, Sam’s Club is the best value for bedding. Mattress, sheets, and yes pillows. This pair is comfortable and has become my primary pillows in bed. For me, they offer a good balance between softness and support. After a couple weeks use they are as plush as day 1 with no signs of compression. I especially appreciate that they have a smooth removable cover that can be washed. You can see the removable cover and foam bits that fill the pillow in my photo. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant set of pillows.
