Love these pillows. I usually don't write reviews but when seeing the negative reviews, I felt I had to. I've been looking for a good cooling pillow for a long time that is comfortable too. Most are so heavy and hard. Love the cluster foam as it confirms to your head. Best cooling pillow I've found at a terrific price. Going to place an order for two more. Hopefully they will not change manufacturer.

I was really looking forward to using these pillows and after about a week, I’m not sold on them. It says it’s a gel memory foam pillow but as you can see in the picture, it’s made up of shredded foam particles. The problem with this is after you lay on it after awhile it flattens out and if you don’t fluff it back up, you wake up with a crick in your neck. I did give it 3 stars because of the cooling feature, which is a plus. My hubby gets hot throughout the night and this has helped. You can definitely feel the coolness at first touch.

Pillow is firm and cool. My only issue is that it for not maintain shape for long. I require a firm pillow and for it stay firm throughout the night. Because of that I give it a 4 out of 5. It is made from quality material and does remain cool even after several hours.

This pillow is so comfortable! I was skeptical about it when I unpackaged it because it looked a bit too thick and firm, but this is probably the best pillow I have used. Most pillows that I buy feel amazing- for a week. After a week they seem to go flat and aren’t as fluffy or supportive. I’ve had this one for about a month and it’s great! My daughter loves hers too! I’m a side sleeper and it’s perfect.

After only a few weeks of using this pillow I’ve noticed a big change in the quality of my sleep with regards to neck and back pain. Most mornings I wake up with soreness and pain in my neck but not since I started sleeping with this pillow. Unlike other pillows, this pillow provides a perfect balance of softness and firmness for neck and back support and comfort. Your head won’t easily sink into this pillow nor will it feel overly firm. The pillow seems to keep its shape really well but can be modified, if you prefer, given the memory foam cluster makeup. This is definitely something I will keep an eye on over time as other pillows I’ve tried don’t last very long or keep their shape. The cooling feature is nice and I can tell a difference compared to other pillows; however, it’s a small difference and doesn’t have the significant cooling effect that I expected. This is really the only characteristic of the pillow that I wish were better. With that being said, the pros far outweigh the cons. I like that this pillow has a machine washable cover that can be easily removed. Overall, this pillow is definitely worth purchasing due to its comfort, support, and material quality. I look forward to many more nights of better sleep and less neck/back pain.

When I ordered this memory foam pillow, I expected the standard brick, single piece of memory foam but was pleasantly surprised it was more reminiscent of a traditional pillow with a couple quirks. Very very fluffy, and very supportive. I opened up the pillow protector to see that inside were clearly off cuts from their mattress production. And I LOVE that! Clearly a sustainable initiative to try to reduce production waste - something I can stand by. I traditionally use basically no pillow - my arm and a very thin down alternative pillow is my go to - but after using this for a week, I see the positives. It is especially nice for propping yourself up before bedtime while reading. Very comfortable. My husband, who usually has to use two pillows, loves this pillow. This single pillow has replaced his two and he is thrilled that they don't slip away from each other during the night. I am very interested to see how they wash, but I am very hopeful. The materials all seem very robust.

This pillow is a personal favorite for both my daughter and myself. Normally a 10 year old and a 40 year old wouldn't have much in common when it comes to pillows but that is where this set shines. My daughter likes a thinner pillow (she sleeps on her back) and I sleep on my side and prefer a firmer pillow. The pillows have two zippers and you can actually adjust the amount of fill in each pillow. Both of us like the cooling aspect of the pillow fill with my only minor complaint coming from the smell of the new foam. The smell seems to be fading quickly but you might want to air out the pillows a bit before use if you are sensitive to such things.

This is a cheaper version of the customizable fill, memory foam pillows. For the price, it’s a decent pillow with a few drawbacks. First the pros: 1. It’s fully customizable so you can adjust the fill level to your preference. 2. Smell was mild, usually memory foam pillows are strong smelling but it faded fast. 3. Comfortable once you get it dialed in just right The cons: 1. The memory foam filling is cheaper than more premium versions of this pillow, leading to it feeling lumpy instead of one unified pillow. It was actually kind of poking me like a feather pillow, which wasn’t great. 2. You’re going to have to readjust this pillow multiple times through the night, as if compresses much more than the more premium versions. Expect it to be flat when you wake up and require fluffing and repositioning. 3. It could have used more filling to start out. I found it too flat no matter what position to support my neck, but my wife who uses a flatter pillow has been using it and likes it. Overall, a decent option for the price considering it’s fully customizable and you get two pillows for the price. Just don’t expect it to hold shape all night long.

Great memory foam pillow and great value. I am a side sleeper and usually have a problem with how memory foam pillows adjust to my neck while still maintaining firmness. These pillows adjust perfectly to my head and neck and allow me to sleep for longer periods of time without having to bunch it up and re-adjust. Currently using without a pillowcase to get the full cooling effect, which is good.

When I saw this pillow I was initially concerned. I've used memory foam "cluster" cooling pillows before and they've been understaffed and flat. This one I didn't have any issues with. Pros: Very well stuffed - roughly the same height as my solid memory foam side sleeper pillows Support - held it's shape well with moderate give Cushioning - very soft Cooling - didn't feel hot at all Washable - came with instructions to wash the entire pillow Cons: Offgas - I didn't sleep on it the first two days after I got it. Had a bad chemical smell right out of the package that is pretty typical of memory foam products. It dissipated after a day or two
