I'm very picky about my pillows, so I'm always hesitant when trying new ones. However, I have been pleasantly surprised with these. These pillows are firm and cradle your head comfortably. My neck discomfort has even lessened since using these pillows. Although they are memory foam, they seriously breathe well and don't make you sweat! I get really hot when I sleep, so it's nice not waking up with sweaty hair for a change. The instructions do say to ensure you fluff the pillows to ensure they stay even. They do need fluffed to keep their original shape. You'll see the difference between fluffed and unfluffed in the pictures. I typically do not give a 5 star review, but these pillows deserve it.

I tried out these pillows for 2 wks. it’s a great pillow, but I don’t find it “cooling.” We had similar pillows from another brand prior to receiving these Serta pillows and it is clear that the Serta pillows are superior. The design is similar -both allow the user to adjust the pillow’s thickness by removing the internal materials to meet your needs, but this Serta pillow has a better outer casing that contributes to a cooler outcome. .

I've been using the Serta Cooling pillow during the last few weeks of summer. It has been a great product over all. I typically suffer from hot flashes throughout the night, bit since I've been using these pillows my body temp has been alot cooler throughout the night. My hair is natural so I like to using cooling pillows along with a silk pillowcase to reduce sweating.

Great memory foam pillow for the price. Starts off super cold and is able to stay fairly cool through the evening. This may be a little firm for back sleepers but just right for side sleepers. I like that they included a card for washing instructions—nice touch. Buyers should be aware though that this “cushion” is actually made up of several small foam pieces or “micro-cushions” versus one single foam piece.

The cooling ability of the pillow will be eliminated when you put your own pillowcase. I don’t plan on using a pillow without a pillowcase so no longer providing that benefit. I do like the gel foam but lacks support. Within the first minute my head is almost flat to the bed as if I wasn’t using a pillow.

This Serta cooling pillow is awesome. My son sleep hot and this helps him stay cool and sleep comfortable. I also love this pillow, going through some medical issue which i also feel hot at time. It keep my neck and head cool and comfortable helping me sleep better.

I would like to start off saying this is the best pillow I have used in years! I used to use regular down pillows but they get too hot but these stay nice and cool. I then moved to a solid "cooling" memory foam pillow but those are way too hard and do not shape like these do (while still providing plenty of support for a side sleeper). This pillow has just the right cooling, support, and comfort for me and my wife loves hers too!

Absolutely love, love these pillows! My husband and I are amazed at how soft and comfortable these pillows are. The form did change a little over time but not like most of the pillows we have purchased in the past. I appreciate the removable zip cover to ensure an extra level of sanitation, due to us having allergies. We definitely love them in the summertime because they are cool and comfy at night.

My husband and I decided to use these in our main bedroom to sleep with. After just feeling the pillows, we though that they were going to be wonderful. They are light, airy, and cool to the touch. The pillows are inside a covering that is soft with a zipper on one side and a long tag on the other. I would have liked for the tag and zipper to be on the same side or for the tag to be on the inside of the pillow covering. The pillows stayed cool to the touch mostly, but most importantly they were super soft while also being super supportive. This is a great pillow.

A welcoming change for my wife and I as we usually sleep with down pillows. The pillows are just soft enough to add some support. They also do have a cooling effect. Just don't put a pillow case. This will dampen the little cooling effect it provides. I also do like that the pillow has a removable case to wash. After a week's use I am very pleased with this pillow.
