I really enjoy these pillows! They hold their shape great. I tend to move from side to belly when I sleep and either position they are very comfortable! As far as cooling goes, I don't notice it being "cool". They are breathable, they do not make me sweat by any means but they only remain cold for a few minutes when you flip them around. Overall i do really enjoy a good nights sleep with these.

I got 2 pillows for the master bedroom and were much needed. They are a little firmer than I like, but my husband loves it. He is a hot sleeper and they definitely kept him cooler at night. They do offer a cooling sensation for some time without the use of a pillow case. I would recommend these pillows and will buy some.

I have been using these pillows for approximately 2 weeks now. I am very happy with the comfortability these pillows provide. First off the price is unbeatable for two Serta Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Second, the comfortability level is top notch. Before receiving these pillows, my sleep was restless. The pillow I did have was too stiff. These pillows are soft and adjustable to your preference. It did not take long for my restless sleep to become a night of comfort. My children have even tried to steal my new pillows for their own comfort! I highly recommend this purchase and will be getting them again!

Alright. No-nonsense review(s) coming to you. To give a fair rating, I used the pillow without a pillow case. Just the outer lining that came with it. The pillow is soft to the touch and the abovementioned liner is removable/machine washable. The pillow is advertised as a "cooling" pillow which I being a warmer sleep would appreciate, and would agree it does offer cooling properties. Although l, it does leave me wanting more of a cooling affect. Probably will be better and ideal for individuals who dont run warmer while sleeping. -half a star. I will also add the pillow out of the packaging has a rather unique aroma. Comparable to a sterile environment. I believe its due to memory foam pellets that fill the pillow. Given the initial strength of said scent an additional-.5 star. I will admitt the scent does fade rarher quickly after a few (3-5) uses. Sleep postions: back, side. Overall would reccomend this product strong four out of five stars.

Would have given 5 stars, but the internal zipper wasn’t secured and stuffing was coming out upon arrival. To be clear, the zipper was NOT broken so this was an easy fix. I’ve slept with the pillow for a week now and haven’t had any trouble since I secured the zipper. The first night, it seemed a bit more firm, but the second night and on, the pillow was a perfect amount of soft and firm and has formed well to my head. It also re-forms well when fluffed. The pillow is filled with a unique stuffing, almost like broken chunks of foam. I was happily surprised that you don’t feel the individual foam pieces when laying on it. The pieces sort of form together with the weight of your head to create a wonderful form fit. I found it very comfortable! This is my new go to pillow!! Another great feature is that the foam pieces are contained in a zippered case within another zippered case. This will make it easy if wanting to wash just the outer case. Per the tag instructions, you can wash the entire pillow with foam inside, but the outer case should remain on with zipper closed. I haven’t had a chance to test out washing it yet so unable to comment on how it washes.

Serra cooling gel memory foam pillows were amazing! Used for the last week and was precisely what I needed. As I lay on the pillows to go to bed, the pillows were medium in firmness and provided adequate support when sleeping! They felt like I was on a cloud sleeping!

The pillow is a little softer than what I prefer. However, my previous pillow continuously gets too plump after washing it. So even though this is a little softer, it’s been a but if help on my neck - not forced up so high. I lately have been using my and my husband’s pillow throughout the night - switching between them. This will be a great option for me as a quality pillow when I don’t need to be propped upright, like when watching tv in bed. I was surprised as it’s was not a piece of foam, but a bunch of foam pieces. So parent of why it’s a little softer and flattens a little more than I want. But still great

Prob the BEST pillow I’ve used in 30 years! Stays cool, firm but face filling, no tossing and turning. I’ve used the pillow for 5 days and I’m shocked how much I really enjoyed it. I’ve been on the hunt for a new pillow and this hit the head on the nail! 110% worth every penny. Will replace all the pillows in the house with these!!! You will not be disappointed.

I recently got this pillow and i do like it a lot. The reason for a p 4 star review is the pillow is a bit thinner than my last and dose not give the neck support my last one did. I love the cooling aspect of the pillow combined with the good support for the neck and head.I wish it was a slightly plushier pillow. Overall a solid choice for a night sleep

We have been sleeping on these pillows for over a month now. When i first lay on them I find them to be fluffy and soft which is how I like my pillow to feel. However oftentimes in the middle of the night or in the morning I feel that the pillow sort of deflates and I am looking for something extra to put under my head. I have tried using both pillows as well. Maybe that's why they come in a 2-pack. Overall I'm happy with our purchase.
