I recently bought the Sertra cooling pillows hoping for a cool and comfortable night's sleep. Unfortunately, it hasn't lived up to my cooling expectations. Although it is very soft and comfortable for sleeping, the cooling aspect doesn’t seem to be as obvious. Being a stomach sleeper with a larger bust, the pillow also seems to be a little too soft for my needs. Overall they are very comfortable and I'll give it more time to see if it offers the support I require. If not, I might need to explore alternative pillow options for better sleep quality.

We are THRILLED with our new pillows. I am a hot natured girl and love the fact that these are cooling and soft. They are so much more cozy to have at night, my daughters even stole one from us to use. We have king size pillows on our bed and since these are not, I will be getting new cases to have them on our bed. I like that although they are memory foam, they aren’t too soft where you get stuck in them. I would say they are equal parts soft and firm. Now we plan to order more so the girls can have their own!

Overall a great lumpy pillow. If your looking for a firm 1, pass on this. Allow pillow to air out and fluff up foe about 24-48. I think this helps unless you can air tumble in your dryer. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow provides decent support. To me the coolness was there and notice I didn't feel overly hot when I woke up. My husband's a back sleeper and said the same. Decent support. Nice fluff and is moldable to whatever you need. He didn't notice much coolness but did state he didn't feel hot either. I guess it's a win for us. I would just prefer a firmer type pillow.

At first it felt bulky and I wasn’t thrilled to try it. I am happy I did, I slept so great. I usually use the I love my pillow, it’s my absolute favorite. This pillow is quite different but comparable as far as comfort. I do like that there’s a zip cover on it. I highly recommend people to give this one a try.

I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET MY PILLOWS AND FOR THE 1ST COUPLE OF DAYS I THOUGHT I WAS HAPPY BUT THE ISSUE IS THE PILLOW BUNCHES UP SO IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A PILLOW ANYMORE AND IT IS HARD TO GET IT TO CHANGE BACK YOU GOT TO WORK TO HARD TO SMASH BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL FORM SO NOT HAPPY AT ALL BUT HEY GOT THEM AT A DISC SO LUCKILY THAT MAKES ME HAPPY I DIDN'T PAY WHAT THE MSRP WAS

I have used this pillow for the last 7 days and it is very supportive. I would almost say that it is too firm but that may be more due to my personal preference. My previous pillow would “deflate” as soon as my head hit it and I would need to mold it to the right place, however this pillow keeps its shape throughout the night I would not be able to mold it to another shape if I wanted to. . The firmness makes it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on my side but as long as my shoulders were on the pillow as well it made for great back sleeping! I did not notice any specific cooling effect but I also did not overheat.

I ordered 4 sets of (2 pack) Serta Gel Memory Foam Pillows. I only received 3 sets & I have sent Sam's a complaint, they never responded. So, I paid 59.40 for 3 sets instead of 4. The pillows are nice and comfy, although you wouldn't want to have a pillow fight with these pillows

It was time for some new pillows and these are wonderful! I get hot at night and I can definitely tell the difference with these cooling pillows. The gel clusters allow me to shape the pillow in the most comfortable position. It’s the perfect mix of soft and firm.

My wife and I have always been "hot" sleepers and have been looking for a cooling pillow for some time, but most we tried until now just could not combine comfort and function until now. The cooling memory foam pillows by Serta cushions my head perfectly regardless of sleep position and I noticed an improvement to our sleep after only a few nights of using these amazing pillows. 10/10 would buy again+!
