This spread turns to plastic as it cooks. It tastes horrible. Today when I went grocery shopping, I looked to see if the store had any original cc remaining. To my disappointment they didnt. But another shopper came along to buy this new spread, I asked her if she had tried it. She said no. So I told her how horrible it was. So she thanked me and walked away. Without the spread. I wish someone would have warned me about it. IF ITS NOT BROKE DONT FIX IT.

I have used Country Crock for years. I have tried the store brands, but there is a big difference in taste and cooking!. Sometimes I buy the low cal Country Crock, but the store, I use, does not always carry it. I love Country Crock and will continue to use it.

I definitely prefer country crock over any other butter because it makes me feel like home and the taste is amazing! I remember when my grandmother used to buy country crock and use the Tupperware to save all of her leftovers so you look in the fridge and all you see is country crock everywhere because shed save all the Tupperware. The fact that they make durable Tupperware for just so you can save your products just tells you how good the product is. Cost is really good because you get it at a great price and your product has great packaging thats durable as well as the fact that the butter youre getting you dont even feel like youre having margarine.

I've been using Shedd's Spread for years but not anymore. My husband put some on a piece of bread and said there is something wrong with this throw it away . So I did bought another one and made butter noodles had to wash the butter off. New flavor is bad .Why change a good thing .

I don't use butter too often but when I do, I use country crock. I hate the off brand butters even when it says it's just like the real thing, you can definitely tell the difference between them. We have used original Country Crock forever. I bought it in small square containers for a motor home trip, not realizing the recipe had been changed. It was terrible and I thought I must have gotten an old or rancid batch and threw them out. I bought more and realized that was the "new" taste. It is inedible and we are trying out new brands of margarine. Thus far, we have not found anything we like quite as well as the old original Country Crock, but nothing we've tried tastes as bad as the "new recipe."
