We use it from baking to spreading it on our toast. For anything that requires "butter", we use country crock spread. It's easy to use, tastes wonderful and the value is just right. I put together a generic cookie recipe and added some goodies I had at home -- white chocolate chips, caramel bits, and semi sweet chocolate chips. I had my husband try a cookie before I told him what I used and he said they were good -- really good. I am now considering purchasing Country Crock instead of the normal butter spread we've been using!

It's also great for baking. I recommend everyone use this butter, if you haven't already give it a try, you'll make the switch!

We used it to make grilled cheese. It did have a nice smooth creamy taste. It was a better tasting margarine than what I've had before. I will purchase this product again if I'm looking for a margarine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm rather picky when it comes to butters/margarine. There's one main kind that I like when I'm eating bagels and toast. And unfortunately, Country Crock isn't that one. This is my first time using Country Crock Original and I'm not overly impressed with it. Mostly, I've used it to cook with. I'll add some of the Country Crock Original to my pan and then cook chicken, eggs, or whatever i'm cooking at the moment. It works decently enough for that. However, using it any other way, I'm just not impressed with the taste of it. It's quite oily at times and has made my bagel and toast very soggy. I did receive the Country Crock Original complimentary from Influenster/Country Crock in exchange for honest opinion.
