[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember using Country Crock as a kid and for some reason stopped using for my own household but when I received my sample I will definitely start and continue to use it. It taste so good and goes on smooth. Also it's really easy to cook and bake with. I definitely will continue to use.

Some butter spreads I've tried before get kind of hard a few days after opening and become more like a solid stick of butter. This has maintained its texture so I can grab it out of the fridge and use it immediately. It doesn't have my favorite flavor, but I like salted irish butter so I'm just not used to it. Great to spread on toast!

It's a soft butter which makes it easier to spread then stick butter and that is a huge plus for me. I will be using Country Crock from now on and I recommend it to you!!

Have used Country Crock exclusively for at least 20 years. Will now be looking for a new margarine spread. New "simpler recipe" Calcium version doesn't melt right in skillet, doesn't liquefy well, just kind of turns to goo on my veggies, and then while frying eggs, any excess turns to a thin crystallized crispy solid on the bottom of the skillet and gums up my spatula. Ok on bread, just dont' try to cook with it. Sorry, but it's a bad formula change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “It is truly inedible, smells horrible, and ruins any food you put it in or on. It is not good, in any way. The taste is awful, then there is a thick filmy after taste that is so bad my gag reflex took over.

I have used Country Crock Original Butter as far back as I can remember. I am not happy with the new simple recipe at all. I've tried, I just can't do it anymore. It has changed the taste of everything that I use it for..Please go back to the way it was...Please!

It has a great flavor that is perfect for spreading on toast, sauteing in or baking with! It melts well, spreads well and I love how it's always reasonably soft so I don't have to wait for it to soften. Yum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love country crock original in the tub and sticks. I can use the sticks for my baking like for my pumpkin spice muffins. The butter makes the muffins have just the perfect taste and moisture. Then I use the tub for my food giving it just the right taste without having to drown the food with butter. The butter spreads nicely on bread no hard like others I've tried. It doesn't have a strong salt taste which I like. I like that country crock is good and affordable for my family. I would never buy any other brand country crock will always be my go to butter brand.

We bought the new original Shed Spread last month. The last one we bought was in the old container and it lasts a long time. I noticed the container was different and that it said "Original". I was very unhappy with the new "taste", then I read on the package that it was "new". In my opinion the taste is NOT GOOD. I'm only sorry that a container lasts so long. We will be shopping for a different brand with our next purchase. Too bad because I loved Shed Spread.
