It has a light buttery flavor and I use it as a topping for potatoes but also as a cooking agent for veggies, which is my family's favorite. As I grew to have my own family, I started to become more conscious of things like artificial ingredients and preservatives. I was happy to hear that Country Crock had gone all natural and wanted to taste the product for myself. It has the same great Country Crock flavor, good for buttering toast and for using in recipes. I like to use it to pan fry chicken and vegetables.
