The spread is smooth and so easy to scoop and measure. I also love to use this on grilled cheese, and toast! I love the flavor and will never use anything else!

For example, I add a spoonful to my mash potatoes to make them creamier, I also use it in cookies and cakes instead of regular butter and the result is the same. I recently used it to make some delicious garlic bread and zucchini bread. And, both were amazing! You can add a little bit to you beans, collard greens, or even your winter casseroles. The Country Crock Original is my favorite margarine! It makes my mashed potatoes so smooth and creamy, and they taste wonderful. I also use it in all my homemade cookie recipes.
