It has such a creamy, smooth buttery taste and the new design of the container is awesome. Makes it easier to stack in the fridge! Best part is its gluten, artificial preservatives and no trans fat! This new recipe is terrible! It tastes bad and you can't cook with it at all. We used it on mashed potatoes the other day and the leftovers tasted spoiled within a day. We chocked it up to a bad batch but tried to sauté potatoes tonight and stunk up the house. The butter separated into oil and a nasty, stringy slime. This container is going in the trash and we will be buying another brand until the old recipe comes back.

This product is always our go to spread. I received a sample of the original from Influenster to try for free, but we normally prefer the lite. I use this for everything when cooking. As a spread on biscuits, flavoring vegetables, cooking meats, desserts. Best product ever!

I always have bought and as, far back as i can remember my mom bought COUNTRY CROCK, and I loved the old recipe, and then I purchased the NEW SIMPLER and BETTER TASTING RECIPE and to be honest it's just not for me or my family, I didn't like the new butter and I wish Unilever would have just left the recipe the way it was or at least have them both, the old recipe and the new and let the people choose for their self. Now I have to go through different brands to find another one close to the old recipe.

We add it to toast, cornbread and many other things. It gives my food a nice buttery taste that my family loves. I always choose Country Crock over other brands because it's the best for cooking and spreading. I would definitely recommend it to others.

When I had children we changed to something "healthier" and cheaper. However, after having country crock again I think we will be making the switch back! I love the creamy natural taste.

I was given a tub of original country crock in the new recipe and I was very impressed. I typically use butter these days and not Margerine although I grew up on Margerine. I wasn't sure what to expect of the new recipe but I was pretty impressed with it. I first tried it on a piece of toast to get an idea about the taste and texture. It spread very smoothly and evenly and was great for toast. I found the taste to be closer to actual butter than most Margerines I've tried. I also cooked and baked with it to make sure that it is good for those as well. I used it in Mac and cheese and found that it tasted just like it does when I make it with butter. No weird after tastes or anything like that. It was excellent for baking sugar cookies for my daughters. I would definitely recommend country crock and I actually like the new recipe much better than the old recipe. I recieved this product free in exchange for an honest review, that did however in no way affect my opinion and my opinion is my own.

I will purchase this once I'm out. I'm enjoying it on other cheat meals such as toast, pancakes, and waffles. I highly reccomemed this butter.
