As good as it gets!

I use Country Crock on a regular basis. I feel this product is as good in taste, texture & spreadability as any butter product. It's versatility makes it easy to use in both baking & cooking recipes. I don't hesitate to use Country Crock in any of my cooking projects.

So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country Crock has been a staple in my household ever since I was a kid. It reminds me of my grandma and Thanksgiving, because she always has a big ol' tub of it! It has a great taste and is the only thing I ever buy as far as margarines go.

Absolutely delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I refuse to buy any other butter but this kind. My grandmother always bought it and told me there's no better tasting butter than this! I agree. It's the best. My grandmother passed this brand on to me swearing by it. Every one in my family buys it. We all love country crock!

Tastes like butter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country cock is a top of the line. You may say it is the Mercedes Benz in the butter world. just like the famous car you are paying for the brand name alone. I was offered this product for free of charge for trial research. The taste is good it is what you would expect. However, I have purchased generic brands in the past and experience the same result in satisfaction in taste. The butter is good but I do think it isn't anything special compared to its competitors.

Decent Substitute for Stick Butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Admittedly, buttery spreads aren't my first choice when it comes to butter. Country Crock tastes pretty good though! Bonus points, you don't have to wait for it to get soft if you're going to use it for baking.

Smooth and Creamy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice spread. It glides on even right out of the refrigerator. Now if you are looking for something that tastes like butter, this is not your product. It has a unique taste, but still good. I received this product for free for my unbias review.

Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually love this product. It doesn't have that fake taste that I find some butters having. Also its very smooth and creamy. Goes well with my mash potatoes, steak and various African recieps that require butter. I used it for baking cookies for my daughter's daycare and they loved them!

Flavor is on-point, mouth feel not quite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] COMMENTS: Thank you for giving me the chance to report my opinion of your new-formulation Country Crock spread. I assume the formulation is new; not much is mentioned about WHY the product is being distributed for sampling. First of all, I approve of the taste. Country Crock products generally do a fine job in this department. Here, your software only lets me rate the taste at 4 stars; I'd prefer to rate it higher, at 4.5 stars. There are no off-tastes, in contrast to some popular margarines that (per your request) I'll refrain from mentioning. The only failing is that the Country Crock samples seem to me a bit too salty. The saltiness became apparent after a few seconds' delay and perhaps lends a popcorn butter component to the overall flavor. As for mouth feel and texture, the spread seems to lack density, almost to the point of appearing markedly less viscous than other whipped spreads I've tried. This is apparent on bread and rolls. The Country Crock product did make a nice, rich cheese sauce for a mac and cheese plate, however.

Country Crock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband finally liked a butter spread. He usually calls them all oil. He has been using this on everything, ie. crackers, toast, bagles, and baked potatoes without complaining. Thank you very much for making such a delicious spread.
