For God's sake, please bring back the original before you messed with the recipe! This stuff is not worth bringing home and tastes horrible. Why did you mess with a fine product that was the staple in our home? There was nothing wrong with the original tasting Country Crock...but now I'm going to have to go to another brand because this stuff isn't edible at all. Anything I use it in, it makes it taste horrible. Please, PLEASE revert back to the original recipe...when you do, I'll come back to Country Crock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down my favorite butter alternative. We often try to use only real butter, but one of my children is allergic to dairy and Country Crock makes it easy for us to bake and serve her foods that are dairy free and easy to make.

My family has used Country Crock since I can remember. My parents used it on our food as kids and I continued to buy this product well into my adulthood. Why ruin a good recipe?! The new recipe is awful and leaves a very distinct, unpleasant aftertaste. I understand that brands are trying to align themselves with a more "health conscious" consumer base but don't compromise the flavor that you are known for. Please go back to your test kitchens and fix what you broke.
