I haven't used Country Crock in years. I usually grabbed the store brand or whatever was the lowest price. What a difference this makes! It melts beautifully, tastes great. My toddler always claimed to want to eat dry toast, but this has changed her mind! Will definitely be buying from now on.

The taste is so close to butter and the spreadability is hands down no contest. I put a dollop in my marinara sauces to give it a more creamy delicious flavor. I use it in baking, cooking, on toast and rolls the list is endless! Sooooo yummy!

In fact, I freeze it. I will buy a few tubs at a time and place a couple in the freezer. I use it in some cooking and often on bread and toast. I think it is probably better since they updated their recipe recently.

I love country crock, being lactose intolerant I have to use products that are diary free. Country Crock tastes just like butter and I can substitute is just about every recipe. I have found that with baking, adjustments must be made, either add less liquid or to use just a little less spread for frostings and such as it is thinner and will affect the consistency. Outside of that, I haven't really noticed a difference. Great product!

Well, truthfully he still like the Country Crock Original but he hates and I do mean hates the new rectangle dish. I have asked many times but he never gives me an answer. I tell him, "Butter or margarine original shape was rectangled and they just went back to basics". I don't know why you really changed the shape and honestly it's the same inside but he will not agree with the outside. Actually, I'm telling you this so maybe it will give you all a laugn. I mean it's true, he really hates the new shape but I just find it funny so I thought you would too.

I've been eating country crock for over 15 years. Now sadly I will be using another brand as to this new recipe is absolutely horrible. The taste is disgusting to my family and I. After reading the reviews on here I see that Country Crock has lost many loyal customers and they will continue to lose loyal customers until the Original recipe is back to normal and this new recipe is gone!

I love the new tub. It is stackable with cream cheese tubs or other country crocks, fits neatly in the refridgerator and takes up less space. The tubs also make excellant reusable containers after the spread is gone. Wrap in colored contact paper or spray with chalkboard spray paint and use for buttons or other small items or just keep with your other food storage containers and it is great for left over sauces or veggis that...

We had at least 50 at one point. Still to this day, country crock is my go to margarine. I like it better than butter cause it's spread so much easier on bread and I like the taste better! My favorite is the cinnamon honey butter! If you haven't tried it yet, you must. On a cinnamon raisin bagel, it's amazing!

The new formula has completely ruined a great product. The consistency is so soft you can't even call it a spread. Taste is poor. Not happy with this product at all and judging by other reviews I'm not alone. Wake up and listen to your customers!
