Lifesaver in a box, due to a pinched nerve in my back affecting my hip area which included the entire right pelvic area, Salonpas helped me make it through the days and nights!!! Couldn't move very much without yelping in pain until I put on my Salonpas... Thank you!!!

I use these for pretty bad low back pain. The secret is that you have to wear one (I only change it every 24 hours instead of 12 hours) everyday for 2-3 days before you realize you have no more pain. Then I will continue to wear a patch everyday for 2-3 more days before I stop. If you stop wearing them too soon, the pain comes back but if you go ahead and wear one a few days after it no longer hurts, the pain will stay away (at least until I hurt myself again picking up grandkids). I do not have to take any pain meds or even a NSAID (ibuprofen) whild I'm wearing these.

I work in a commercial kitchen. My hope was that these would help with my lower back pain while I was working. Unfortunately, they don't 'stick' well enough to stay on during my shift. I tried it twice. They ended up just 'hanging out' in my shirt on both attempts. The remaining product is sitting on the shelf in my bathroom destine to collect dust.

My lumbar pain was diminished; however, this is a difficult product for an older, arthritic person to self-apply to the back. I've found it too frustrating and wasteful. If the design ever gets changed to something that could work for me I would buy it again. Until then I won't waste any more of my time or money.

ER doc prescribed the Rx version, but insurance balked at it and $60 was a lot to pay. Nice young lady at the drug store pharmacy noted that the OTC version wasn't much weaker. Suggested OTC. Actually wasn't much cheaper, tho. Checked my Sam's Club app and found these. Went out that night and got them, and she says they work well. Would have paid the $60 if the strength difference had been greater.

Sam’s Clubs Salonpas is an excellent deal! The 4% Lidocaine is just below what a prescriber would write. You can pick these up other places but they are quite expensive. You can’t pick up a 15 pack in the drug stores at this cost. YOU WILL WANT TO PICK UP SAM’S CLUBS SALONPAS!

I bought these along with the Solanpas heated pads and these I really didn’t notice the difference. The heated ones worked wonders! I have pulled a back muscle pretty badly so I think I needed the stronger heated pads. My friend has neck aches and uses these and loves them. So what I’m saying is I think it depends on your pain level.

these are helpful with back pain in particular. I like them better than other generic ones because if they're on your lower back they stay on when you sleep. other ones although some cheaper crumple up on your back easily. these are a bit easier to put on as well.

These are absolutely amazing! I have a lower back slipped disc and am not always able to keep in shape with the gyms and COVID thing going on. These work wonders. Previously, I couldn't sleep at night with Advil or pain medicine, now I can sleep the night through.

They take the edge off arthritis pain.
