these are helpful with back pain in particular. I like them better than other generic ones because if they're on your lower back they stay on when you sleep. other ones although some cheaper crumple up on your back easily. these are a bit easier to put on as well.

Works well on my lower back pain. I put it on at bedtime and take it off around noon the next day.
