I have both acute and chronic pain, muscle- and nerve-based. These are a good value. They're easy to apply, they stay in place 95% of the time (adhesive doesn't hold in water or with heavy perspiration), there's no odor, can be trimmed to fit smallest areas, and remove easily.

Excellent results on relieving serious pain. Placed it on the injured area at bedtime, woke up all pain had subsided completely.

A topical product that works instead of pain medication is always preferred. These lidocaine patches are amazing for taking the edge off the back pain I’ve lived with for years.

Great price and they do provide relief wherever on body it use them, temporary of course. Highly recommend.

I was surprised when I put one on a very painful neck and could almost immediately feel the effect on my neck. It felt like the patch just sucked up the pain!

The gel-patches don't stay in place. I wished you carried menthol 3% methyl salicylate 10% Topical Analgesic stay in place for 8-12 hrs, I work 12hr shift.

The patch does offer some relief except For some reason this patch turns gooey as you wear it and it does not stay in place well. They offer a flex patch that is brown and it works 100 times better however they are smaller and even more expensive.

Practically no pain relief at all. Waste of money

Even though Sam's offered this item at a great price, they were useless. When I used the item, I didn't feel the menthol nor the lidocaine. I felt nothing, except the pain from which I was trying to get relief.

I have been trying to order four of Salonpas Lidocaine Pain-Relieving Gel-Patch, 15 ct. for several weeks. The item does not say it is out of stock. When I add it to my cart and try to complete the order, I get the message it is of stock. This item is currently four dollars off. I suspect the item will be in stock until after the discount stops on 9/20/2026. This gives the impression the Sam's had no intention of selling the item at the reduced price.
