This product is not worth the price. I have used this product in the past and they worked great! But this recent purchase does not work at all because they do not stick! Please fix this issue so people can get the results they need from your product. I know I would!

Sam’s Clubs Salonpas is an excellent deal! The 4% Lidocaine is just below what a prescriber would write. You can pick these up other places but they are quite expensive. You can’t pick up a 15 pack in the drug stores at this cost. YOU WILL WANT TO PICK UP SAM’S CLUBS SALONPAS!

I've used a variety of Salonpas patches and they've worked well for back pain relief. I assumed I was ordering the same product in a larger quantity. These patches are not like the others I've used. They seem to adhere upon application but quickly turn into a gummy ball on my back if I am active at all. I cannot make one stay on for 8 hours even when sleeping. I'm wondering if I received a defective lot.

The lidocaine 4% salonpas patches provide pain relief so that I can walk normally and get through my daily activities much easier. They work tons better than the other types of patches. With Spinal stenosis, I have a lot of pain down through my hips and legs. The patches almost completely eliminate the radiating pain. They are absolutely essential now to my well being.

these are helpful with back pain in particular. I like them better than other generic ones because if they're on your lower back they stay on when you sleep. other ones although some cheaper crumple up on your back easily. these are a bit easier to put on as well.

Any product from Japan can be trusted to be of good quality. These patches are a case in point. My father has back pain and has a stimulator in his back he swears by these patches more than any other. You can find bigger patches but these are best for pain.

I was somewhat dubious about whether these Lidocaine patches would really supply any relief for my back pain %26 muscle spasms. To my surprise %26 delight, Salonpas patches calmed down and then eliminated the muscle spasms that I suddenly began experiencing. Literally, within minutes after I applied the patch, it was as if the intensity of the spasms began to diminish and then stopped completely. I had never experienced such a quick relief of my symptoms. I resoundly endorse this product and will be continuing to use these patches whenever I have back pain and/or spasms in the future!

I wear these if I know I am going to have a long and/or busy day. I have a torn meniscus in my knee and a "trashed" rotator cuff (that's a quote from my orthopedic surgeon). These help me get through the day and reduce pain to a dull ache. The only reason I gave four stars is because they work pretty much the same way as the cheaper "no-name" version.

These are absolutely amazing! I have a lower back slipped disc and am not always able to keep in shape with the gyms and COVID thing going on. These work wonders. Previously, I couldn't sleep at night with Advil or pain medicine, now I can sleep the night through.

I use these for pretty bad low back pain. The secret is that you have to wear one (I only change it every 24 hours instead of 12 hours) everyday for 2-3 days before you realize you have no more pain. Then I will continue to wear a patch everyday for 2-3 more days before I stop. If you stop wearing them too soon, the pain comes back but if you go ahead and wear one a few days after it no longer hurts, the pain will stay away (at least until I hurt myself again picking up grandkids). I do not have to take any pain meds or even a NSAID (ibuprofen) whild I'm wearing these.
