While shopping in the meat section; I came across the steaks and said to myself, “there has to be an error in pricing.” so I quickly purchased them before they realize a possible error. So much meat for so little of a price. Jackpot

Cut in thin strips it works in fajitas. With 1/2 package left over to trim & marinate for home made jerky. Kinders terryaki sauce from Sam’s for the win.

If you do "velveting", the way they do in Chinese restaurants, tougher cuts get soft. I did that she made a Thai-style curry with coconut cream and Maesri spice paste. It came out very good.

The meat was usually pretty good, but lately almost everywhere you go to get your meat, the quality has gone down. Sam's hasn't too much. It's still good.

The size quality is really off. The first two steaks were pretty big decent. What you see but as you go through the pack, they get smaller and smaller where the last two are literally steak strips.

Not as good as it used to be and higher priced..meat is tough and stringy even though i slow cooked it for 10 hours in gravy. Quality meat is getting hard to come by at Sam's.

Angus Beef...great old Scottish cattle. The price is not bad compared to other cuts. The taste is pretty darn good with it's nice marbling making the meat more juicy and tender. Perfect as a steak or sliced thinly for many dishes. My favorite dish to cook with this angus beef is: Korean spicy beef "Maeun Sobulgogi" or "Spicy Bulgogi" for Korean BBQ. I also love making Thai "Panang Neur Curry" which is simple to make.
