If you do "velveting", the way they do in Chinese restaurants, tougher cuts get soft. I did that she made a Thai-style curry with coconut cream and Maesri spice paste. It came out very good.

I'm not going to rate this real high. I liked it okay, just to get some beef in my belly. If you slice anything thin enough then it will cook easier and eat easier. In these times with these insane prices, it's not a bad idea. Try it. You might like it. I pan fried mine, but air fryer might work fine too.

Bad experience, I bought this and it was supposed to be fresh, I cooked it and after I ate it within 24 hours my stomach started to hurt me. I never had this problem before. I only cooked a small portion of it. I had to throw all of that meat out because I didn’t want to make anyone else sick.

Angus Beef...great old Scottish cattle. The price is not bad compared to other cuts. The taste is pretty darn good with it's nice marbling making the meat more juicy and tender. Perfect as a steak or sliced thinly for many dishes. My favorite dish to cook with this angus beef is: Korean spicy beef "Maeun Sobulgogi" or "Spicy Bulgogi" for Korean BBQ. I also love making Thai "Panang Neur Curry" which is simple to make.

I didn't know anything about this cut when I bought it. Did not care for it, as it was tough. I cooked some in the air fryer like a steak and braised the rest. It definitely worked better to braise but then it came out more like pot roast meat. Not what I was wanting.

We usually shop online and have our order picked up. That being said, when we placed our order and this item was included we were very disappointed with we received. Basing our purchase of these steaks off of the pictures provided, there is a lot of deception being portrayed. In no way, shape or form are these steaks that thick (unless you pile them all on top of each other as one steak)...false advertisement much? Lesson learned, we'll go inside before we purchase anything similar again so we know EXACTLY what we're getting.

It did not taste very good. Not like any steak I've ever had before. Will not buy again.

This cut while less expensive is always lean and tender

I love those beef. They were very fresh. I wish they were cheaper, but it was still good.

These cook super fast, which is nice for a quick meal. They absorb marinade very well. Tasty!
